CASEY: Rd 16 vs Western Bulldogs
spirit of norm smith replied to Demonland's topic in Melbourne Demons
Declase is getting very close to a debut. Physically ready and good skills. Love to see us give him a chance. -
2020. Dees season ruined by games in Cairns. Hope the fuc@$)&n AFL doesn’t send us there again

Why go to Perth?? Why not play Suns at Marvel tomorrow night. -

It’s off. Metricon is ON THE GOLD COAST
-
Yes that’s AFL best option. Get Suns to Melbourne into quarantine and have tests. Play on Monday night !!
-
Game is cancelled. Qld government lockdown across all south east Queensland
-
Surely Carltank will move. Teague OUT. Clarkson IN.
-
It’s a lockout.
-
Who’s the Blues goalkicking coach? Get him in at any price. 15.2. Really!!!
-
Definitely think Ben Ainsworth is worth targeting. He’s worth the Dees putting a phone call to his manager.

Agree probably at least Weid , Hibberd, Melksham and Jordon should travel to QLD and then on to WA. -
I thought Jacko needed a rest but obviously the club and Burgo are managing him. He needs to lift his second efforts and like the Weid, get some grippo to take those marks. This is a must win. Lose this and the double chance is in jeopardy.

Welcome to the age of uncertainty and weekly madness

Agree. Love to see two skilled fast players added. One into the midfield and another across half forward. Prototype like Oliver Florent and a Mitch Duncan/Steele Sidebottom.
-
Weid or Daw in for Jackson (managed) Sparrow in for Jordon (managed) Melksham in for Anb (sent back to school at Casey) Jones/Vandenburg/Declase in for Harmes Hibberd just stays in. Just. Might consider Lockhart. Brayshaw just stays in. Both on notice. Trac to go specsavers. Missing targets too often. So it’s hibberd May Lever salem Petty Hunt Brayshaw Viney Langdon Melksham Tmcd Spargo Pickett BBB Fritsch Gawn Petracca Oliver Rivers Daw Sparrow Jones medi sub Baker emerg. Lockhart Vandenburg Declase Bowey

I’m thinking Declase would add to our team right now. He’s physically really strong and good skills. Probably better option than Vandenburg and would love the opportunity. Declase looked good in the VFL games.

Agree. Simon Goodwin. Please explain why we let Daniel alone as a loose defender all night. He set up a lot of Bulldog entries. He is highly skilled and used the corridor. It was obvious to me. Next time FFS Play him tight with an Anb, Melksham or a Harmes across half forward. -
Good call. I would have liked to see better rotation. McDonald looked tired. Jackson has totally lost energy. Jordon looking exhausted. Needed to get Sparrow in. He’s got splinters this year which is crap coaching. Deserved better and tonight showed we need to freshen up. Expect Jordon and LJ to be out “managed” this week.

My 3 word player analysis V The Umpires
spirit of norm smith replied to joeboy's topic in Melbourne Demons
Ok but totally biased against Viney. Hit up Brown for a goal. Hit up Kozzy for a goal. Kicked super goal in the third. Nine tackles. At the contest. 3 words. “Very good game”.- 30 replies

My 3 word player analysis V The Umpires
spirit of norm smith replied to joeboy's topic in Melbourne Demons
Umps. free kicks count 11-23 to favour the Dogs In 3 words Were the difference Totally fuc&&)$&(n inconsistent Favoured The Dogs Throwing is illegal Absolutely killed us Crucified the Dees finally … Speak up Goodwin (just say “thought we were a bit stiff on the night and have to review the rule book”) -
Out. Harmes. Anb. Jackson. Jordon Harmes is captain fumbles and turnovers. Anb gets footy and turns into trouble or messes it all up . Jackson looked tired and overran the footy too much. Get some volts into him. Second efforts disappeared. Jordon looked cooked. Went to ground in contest in. Sparrow. Melksham. Weid. Jones if fit (otherwise it’s Vandenburg )

6 Oliver. At the contest. Won the footy. Drove us forward all night. 5 Gawn Won the ruck all night Didn’t get protection or benefit from fumbling mids 4 Viney Really tried to lift us. Great heart . At the contest. 3 Lever He’s dependable. Solid 2 Hunt run run and run. Some great line running and chases. But some dumb moments 1 Trac. Lots of the footy. Great first goal. Missed targets and turnovers costly. Bont beat him and Trac didn’t do well at his defensive responsibilities -
