Hmmmm. Getting closer Suns. That future 1st rounder !!!

Welcome to Demonland: Changkuoth Jiath
Agree. Fair deal. Not a bargain but a fair price and return for both Dees & Hawks. Itโs our โSpargoโ compensation which likely would have fallen to pick 50 by draft night and unlikely to be used. CJ adds to our team with athleticism , versatility, pace and chase down, and will be a huge inclusion if we can fix or at least minimize his turnovers.

Ok with Mihocek - 2 year deal โฆ a teacher and short term forward fix Ok with Max Heath as a project young ruck โฆ we need life after ๐Max Gawn Ok with CJ as a punt โifโ we give up only a packet of chips pick - say GWSโ 2026 future 3rd!!! Unhappy with Mcvee going to Freo but he held out for a long long time and resisted our contract offers. A loss but at least we salvaged a decent pick - โ19โ which became โ24โ Not satisfied with ๐Clarry for the future 3rd โฆ a sad end (only in the future will we ever know what has really happened) ๐Trac & 24 for 7&8 โฆ If no Humphrey, then needed to reinforce #no Trac? Why give up on โ24โ? We wanted a player and caved. Why give up this?? Mix other picks, even 28 or 42. Itโs another sad end to an outstanding career in red&blue

Farewell Clayton Oliver
Clarry for โฆ
-
Farewell Christian Petracca
[censored] !!!! Tell the Suns to [censored] off 7,8 for Trac & 24 is a big win for the Suns โฆ and they keep Humphrey โฆ and keep face in terms of draft negotiations Dees caved in again in my view โฆ again Trac is elite and an absolute champion
-
Welcome to Demonland: Changkuoth Jiath
CJ excelled in games v Dees and Tigers this year , named in the Hawks best. But somehow niggling injuries and the dreaded sub rule impacted his year particularly in the last few games. A fresh start might reset his career. His pace and athleticism will be an asset.
-
The List Manager Tim Lamb
Tim. Tim Lamb. Donโt cave in now !!! Donโt talk a big game and then bottle it at the end. You need to screw the Suns if they want Petracca. If they donโt give up Humphrey, then itโs going to cost them heavily in picks. My only deal is Trac and pick 27 for โ7 &8 and Suns 2026 1st round pickโ. Thatโs the bare bare minimum. Anything else is just getting [censored] over !!

Welcome to Demonland: Changkuoth Jiath
Here comes CJ A new Dees cult figure
-
Welcome to Demonland: Changkuoth Jiath
Just love this Slightly amended Let's offer to take CJ for a future 3rd round pick โฆ but ask Hawks to pay half his contract!! Whoโd ever be that crazy ?!?!

Farewell Clayton Oliver
melbournefc.com.auFuture in focus: Oliverโs long-term dealClayton Oliver is ready to see what the future holds for MelbourneIt was all too good to be true
-
Farewell Clayton Oliver
Agree From โoutside of the MFC 4-wallsโ, right now this can only be described as a disaster. Clayton Oliver. 4 x MFC B&F winner. 205 games. One of the very best players ever to wear red & blue. Signed in 2021 to a monster 8 year deal. Seemingly now being harpooned at age 29, reportedly to be traded out for a โfuture 3rd round in 2026โ which probably ends up as a pick โ55โ that MFC wonโt even use !! And to also have to pay for anywhere between reported 40-50% of his wage for the next 5 seasons at circa $700k per annum I hope the โinside the MFC 4-wallsโ has got this one right !?!?! Itโs going to be a sad end to a year once sparkling Demon career.

2025 Player Reviews: #40 Taj Woewodin
DEE HOPEFUL OF NEW DEALMELBOURNE midfielder Taj Woewodin is hopeful of earning a deal for 2026 after a positive meeting with coach Steven King but will need to wait until the end of the Trade Period for clarity on his future. Woewodin, who played just once at AFL level in 2025 after a breakout 2024, is being monitored by a pair of Victorian clubs and one other as the Dees hold off on extending the 22-year-old. The West Australian is open to remaining with the Dees and having a fresh start under King after finishing the season in strong VFL form and featuring in the Casey Demons' VFL campaign. The son of Brownlow medallist Shane Woewodin, he has not drawn meaningful interest from hometown clubs Fremantle or West Coast.

@layzie agree. Dees supporters are crying out for players who can use the ball smartly and with precision.

AFL Trade Radio 2025
According to Cal (the bomber) Twomey.. Two x top 10 picks is more than enough for Petracca but for Zac Merrett โฆgetting two x 10 picks would be unders? Time to declare his Essendon allegiance ๐คก?
-
Farewell Clayton Oliver
Dees to virtually delist Clarry โฆ to trade for a future 3rd round , pick โ55โ in 2026 draft !!! A pick we will be unlikely to even use
-
AFL Trade Radio 2025
Agree. Trac and pick 27 & pick 41 7&8 and Suns future 1st round pick Fu&)&)k them!!! F@&$k them !! You want to keep Humphrey We are still getting [censored] Thatโs the Final deal Or Trac stays !!
-
AFL Trade Radio 2025
Agree. Not a good deal. We talked tough and wanted โto be satisfied with picks and player for Tracโ. I hope the media are wrong as it means we buckled. Soft is the other word that might be used. Ultimately that deal would see MFC lose Trac and McVee for picks 7&8 (pick 11&12). ๐คฎ๐คฎ

AFLW: Rd 09 vs Fremantle
Like v Power game , hard to win interstate when the umps are clearly biased for the home team. We had our chances but again failed to do basics under pressure
