Jackson isn't going anywhere in the short term. like Jesse he'll get chased every single off season by both W.A clubs but so will Rivers and Kozzie. any half decent interstate player is going to deal with that most of their career. Everything i've heard about LJ is he's incredibly happy at the club, excited for the future and the club thinks we've got ourselves an incredible talent. I personally think LJ's first 4-5 years are going to be mostly flashes of brilliance with a gradual build in strength, fitness and consistency before absolutely exploding onto the scene and ripping a season apart. gotta keep expectations in check for the young man but he does look the goods

Josh Mahoney did mention there were a few guys that weren't as high profile that he feels would have gone higher if games were played in Vic so my guess is if we don't move up, it's because we have an eye on 2-3 of those guys that may all have otherwise been first rounders

For me 2 second round picks for Brown is a no brainer. 12 months ago if someone suggested that, they'd get laughed at. for me it's a question of, does his lead up game actually suit our chaotic, bomb it long game style?
