Starting to think Id rather Neil Craig than either Eade or Choco. Theres such a thing as continuity, and if Craig finishes off strongly and has the boys up and about then the only thing stopping him from coaching us in 2014 is Paul Roos accepting the job. And theres rumors that Choco wouldn't work with Craig cos of their Port vs Adelaide days, not sure how true it is though.

surely Jack Viney must be ready i miss watching him play already
-
Way too early to make that call. Tom Scully had 18 possessions in 1 quarter and 38 disposals in a game for the MFC when he was a rookie Hows he traveling now? Toumnpas will end up better than Wines, mark my words.

i skipped through and watched all Hogans marks and goals The strength of this kid is just unbelievable. He would be monstering guys at AFL level if he played this week. Imagine the development he is getting from going up against James Frawley at training And I am not sure why there are so many queries on his kicking? Looks fine to me. He does swing out to the right a fair bit on his final few steps but if it works for him then all good

Dawes is probably the smartest player at the club. He would have known Neeld was a terrible coach who was killing the team and would have wanted him gone ASAP.
-
Nice, Dawesy only just turned 25 too. He has so much footy in front of him, and it will be his best footy.
-
he was awesome, and that goal was amazing Mark Neeld is a genius for getting this guy to the club
-
Awesome, I didnt get to watch the Hogan show this is great, thanks!
-
Best kick we have had since TJ Just hits it perfectly
-
yesterday would not have hurt Roos chances of taking on the MFC job Hogan looking like the next Carey, 4 hours later the Demons dominate the Dogs for 3 quarters and get a victory Ideally for me Roos would be the coach and Neil Craig would become the head of player development Todd Viney should become our main recruiter, he nailed last years draft big time
-
Jamar a forward? LOL Take Gawn out too, he will be our number 1 ruckman
-
Both his goals were orgasmic
-
Agreed Our kicks ins were the best they have been in years tonight
-
Post match press conference for Geelong, Freo and Dogs have been up for an hour Still no sign of ours. PJ please clean out our media department, they are bloody useless.
-
Understatement of the century We already have a forward line anyway Backline too Just need to sort the midfield
-
This kid will be a heart and soul player for the 200 games he plays for us

6 - J,Watts - 4 goals and some saving marks in the defensive 50 in the last. Played with purpose and vigour, and dare I say physicality. 5 - J.Frawley - just controlled the back half beautifully, we can not lose this guy hes a legit A grader 4 - D.Rodan - he was everywhere and that goal was amazing 3 - D.Terlich - another 24 touches at 83%., what a find 2 - N.Jones - just keeps on going 1. - C.Dawes - was iffy coming in with that ankle, responds with 12 possies, 7 marks including some great contested grabs and 3 goals. Wanted to fit Trengove in but he faded in the 2nd half, still a very nice game with 21 possies and 7 tackles.

The umpires almost cost us the game by giving the Dogs free kick for Out on the full when it came off a Dog players leg, they goit a goal and cut the margin to 2 points. Absolutely disgraceful effort by the maggots. Great win, we are in much better shape than the Dogs who have absolutely no KPP's on their list that are worth a damn. Great to see Gawny towel up that Minson loser.

Still praying we can get this done. Might have to wait for the new coach though. edit - by my count he has kicked 30 goals in 10 games in the VFL, including a game where he left early with injury Amazing effort. -
oh Jesse, you magnificent man!

When did he state this? Link please

In response to the 7.30 Report on ABC television the Melbourne Football Club makes the following statement: • Immediately following the announcement of the investigation into Essendon Football Club, the Melbourne Football Club launched an internal review into its own supplements program • The review found no evidence that the supplements program at the Club contravened any ASADA or WADA guidelines and no evidence that any player at the Melbourne Football Club had been administered a banned substance at any time • As previously stated, Stephen Dank did apply for a position at the Melbourne Football Club in 2012 but was not successful. He was known to the Club via this process and to the Club Doctor, Dr Dan Bates • The 7.30 Report referred to injections. These injections were prescribed by Dr Bates and comprised vitamin B, C and Glutathione (an anti oxidant) injections to some players. These injections were administered by a registered nurse at a medical clinic recommended by Dank. The Club has received confirmation from the medical clinic that the injections administered were as prescribed • The program also made reference to a cream which is not prohibited under ASADA and WADA guidelines • The 7.30 Report program made reference to Thymomodulin, Cerebrolysin, Naltrexone, Tribulus and Oxytocin. None of these substances were prescribed by Dr Bates for players at the Melbourne Football Club • As soon as the investigation was launched into the Essendon Football Club, the Melbourne Football Club instructed all staff including Dr Bates to sever all ties with Stephen Dank which occurred • The Club’s protocol and governance in relation to all treatment of players is that only the Club Doctor can prescribe and approve treatment to players. This system meant that at no time was Dank able to directly treat players • Dank and Dr Bates communicated via email, phone and text, regarding supplements (prior to the investigation). Our processes require Dr Bates to consider the appropriateness of any treatment and make a determination as to its suitability at all times, to ensure that the welfare of our players is always maintained • Every supplement included in the Club’s supplement regime is approved by the Club Doctor and is in accordance with all ASADA and WADA guidelines • The Club will continue to co-operate with the AFL and its ongoing investigation

Have heard that Stephen Dank is about to drop a huge bombshell, and its not going to be pretty for Hird and Thompson (and the EFC).
