  1. We have some really dumb decision makers - Harmes, Hibberd, Trac, stretch, Jones, Viney....
  2. Wow, I'm shocked at the number of poster knocking Oliver's overall game. Clearly I'm in my own football bubble.
  3. In the words of Homer Simpson 'they're the suckiest bunch of sucks that ever sucked'
  4. The James McDonald issue was made infinitely worse by Chris Connolly ‘accidentally’ telling McDonald he was finished before Dean Bailey was able to speak with him.
  5. I’m part of the generation that is sick of reading comments such as “she’s a dumb [censored]”, “slime c*nt”, “she deserves to be killed”. I’m tired of reading junk like that and wanted to say so. If that makes me part of the easily offended generation, count me in.
  6. Threatened by a woman voicing an opinion? go watch some replays of the Footy Show, that should help.
  7. Thanks for the mansplanation
  8. Can everyone learn Eleni Glouftsis’ name. I’m really over hearing “that female umpire was rubbish”. It’s not the gender making the bad decisions. The sexist drivel I’ve seen on Twitter & Facebook pages is gross. She absolutely deserves to be bagged for the bad calls but i don’t get why it always has to come back to gender.
  9. I don't disagree with the case for Clarry kicking it more. But with him getting so much ball in close and uncontested situations it feels like he's always going to handball more than he kicks. What he needs is someone on the outside to give it to Oliver has become so good so quickly we sometimes forget he's got more to learn. He's set the bar very high.
  10. Was waiting for Demonland's most notorious know all to come and explain things. in these types of debates conciliatory is just code for 'don't make white people uncomfortable'. And I think it's about time we were made uncomfortable.
  11. Exactly, that's my opinion. Everyone especially is saying theirs, I'm saying mine. Sounds like you don't like it as it's hit a nerve.
  12. But why is it up to indigenous Australians to be nice and play the reconcilers? Their culture has been killed, their languages gone extinct, their land taken. Indigenous Australians have lower life expectancy and higher incarceration rates. So why is it on them to take white Australia's hand and gently lead them into the future? Goodes got booed for calling out the reality instead of falling into line of rubbish tokenism of events like Dreamtime at the G. In the eyes of the majority Adam Goodes was an 'uppity [censored]' who didn't know his place. That's why he got booed.
  13. FMD that was horrible skills - cooked Garlett - cooked Spargo - cooked Lever - not a knock on him but maybe and extra week in the 2s would’ve been good
  14. Thought I'd watch the cricket to distract myself but Zampa's stupid headband is reminding me of the shots Hunt missed. And Warner/Smith are just jerks.
  15. Some pathetic efforts in that last quarter. Weak as.
  16. Trac is fat Jack Watts. Will never live up to the hype.
  17. Clarry, Salem, Jones, Melk, McDonald were all better. I'd love it if he delivered on his potential but he doesn't do enough. He's never struck me as a deep thinker but It looks like he's over-thinking his footy, almost trying too hard.
  18. Very generous assessment of Trac's game
  19. Remember when we were really horrible (circa 2013) N.Jones was guilty of the same things? They dont trust their their teammates to execute & try to take on too much.
  20. Hunt is not a footballer. He’s an athlete but not a footballer.
  21. There’s a million things wrong but right now I want to focus my rage on Hunt. Probably unfair to single him out, but I will say this - he’s an athlete but not a footballer.
  22. Hunt - really want him to be, but don't think he's up to it
  23. It's time for Lewis & Vince. And the end is coming fast for Jones.
  24. Very hard to split Oliver and Brayshaw but Oliver is just ahead for me, haven't loved a player this much since I first saw a young no52 from Shepparton.
  25. My ten cents. I don't give a stuff about the camp but I do care the leadership team went to the AFLPA rather than the coaches to raise their concerns. It made the playing group look like they couldn't hack pressure. And when not being able to hack the pressure becomes a common theme on field, you look at saying no to the camp and question whether they've done all they could to prepare themselves.
