  1. I'd like to see the challenges the team and Mark Neeld has faced to galvanise the team and for us to progressively build into a real force over the next few years. I want our supporters to stick by our list, coach and managementattend games and enjoy our improvement.
  2. Were any of the staff or players Ashen faced?
  3. 6. Garland (assured and confident) 5. Byrnes (close to our best but lost points for kicking to man on mark at crucial stage) 4. Trengove (worked hard all day) 3. Gawn (played well and boosts team) 2. Silvia (worked hard especially when momentum against us) 1. Evans (really rate the guy) I also thought Jamar was pretty good, Grimes kicking let him down, Frawley kept J Brown quiet,, Tappy added quite a bit and Rodan worked hard but struggled to find space.
  4. Trengove is an excellent choice for co-captian and I think will be of the best players (most inflential in winnig) in the league in the next 5 years. He does the team things, is tough, works hard is consistent and can be relied on to lift in key moments. As the team improves he will look better. A real positive I took from today about our direction is Silvias work rate. I think this is a reflection of more acountable culture.
  5. I'd rate Byrnes among our best today. His ability to get in the right places, present all day and ability to bring others into the game is really important. He also kept us in the game during the middle two quarters. He's a great pickup for the club and at 27 I think still has at least a few years to give, both on and off the field.
  6. Watched the replay on Jamar's mark and goal and low and behold it was Gawn who kicked to him. Very excited about the big man!

  8. Hi Guys, Chookrat here. I will be there on Friday and am really looking forward to showing support and solidarity at our club during this challenging period. Right now I think the best thing we can do is show up in numbers at training and at games to let the players and coaches know we believe they can turn it around and will accept nothing less. Go Dees!!
