  1. Well after waving my husband off tomorrow as he heads off to the footy I have decided to spend my day at the beach. Good book, cold drink and zero care factor about the footy. Can’t wait.
  2. Or wiping my dogs bum with it.
  3. Hell will freeze over before I ever support that club.
  4. I’m working from home all of next week. That way I won’t be hit in the face by black and white balloons and have to look at Herald Sun posters of that despicable team every day at work.
  5. Me too - I have my list ready.
  6. I really hope they do more than rough up Maynard. Hope the karma bus is revving up for a big night. Don’t mind if it mows down Cox and Howe as well in the process.
  7. I’m told Tom Mc definitely wants to play on next year and seems determined to do so 🤷‍♀️
  8. I would rather stick toothpicks into my eyeballs than support either Collingwood or Carlton. Can’t stand either team and their feral supporters. I heard some media [censored] on the radio over the weekend stating ‘Collingwood is everyone’s second favourite team now’. I don’t think so. I sat through two Collingwood GF with my husband- Geelong and WCE and openly supported the opposition. I had to tone it down a bit but there was no way I was cheering Collingwood on on any shape or form. TBH I don’t care if Brisbane or GWS win - as long as it’s not either of the two Melbourne clubs.
  9. RIP RDB. I like to think he is upstairs with my dad and grandpa, chewing the fat and talking football with two of his greatest fans. I never met you but grew up listening to stories about you from my Demon mad family. Condolences to his family, friends and the MFC. We have lost a great man ❤️💙
  10. I’m just numb and hoping that when I wake up in the morning this was nothing but a bad dream. 😞
  11. So disrespectful and inappropriate. He’s a total [censored] and I’m so glad he is not involved with our club. Any self respecting Collingwood supporter should be horrified by his childish, bogan behaviour but they probably this it’s hilarious. Karma is coming.
  12. I would be kneeing him somewhere else.
  13. I can’t stand him and I hope to God I never see him with a premiership medal around his neck.
  14. I’m with you WCW - I wish them all nothing but pain and anguish. The karma bus is on the way - I can feel it.
  15. As I previously mentioned, I had a bit to do with him when my husband was into race horses. There was always something about him that didn’t sit right with me and I won’t go into any further details only to say that I never trusted him and my sixth sense proved to be correct. When he got the job with the AFL I was totally floored.
  16. Yes -some dimwitted Pies supporter just rang 3AW and basically said that. 😡
  17. I am still so upset and angry about this. Try living with a Collingwood supporter who believes Maynard is a top bloke who didn’t intentionally go out to hurt anyone and he will get off as he has done nothing wrong. Were all Pies supporters born missing some vital brain cells??
  18. I made a pact after Thursday night that I will never, ever attend another Pies vs Dees game.
  19. I would have set my dog on him first. If anyone has seen ‘Once upon a time in Hollywood’ ( Brad Pitts dog) - that’s the sort of dog I mean.
  20. Sorry ~ I didn’t mean to cause any angst. Just thought I would give everyone a heads up. Pretty easy to guess who the culprit was. Another reason to deport him.
  21. Not sure if this has been mentioned but Max had his foot stomped on and is in a moon boot. Apparently it is cautionary and he has had scans.🙏🏻
  22. Agree with all of that. I’ve met him several times over the years ( nothing to with footy but horses) and I would not trust him as far as I could throw him to be neutral, non biased and fair.
  23. Sorry to butt in here but I know someone close to the family and I was told today this may be career ending for Gus. There is apparently some clause in his contract re head knocks. I don’t know much more but this is from a reliable source who is very close to the family.
  24. That’s what happened to me last night. I was told to find somewhere else to sit. Really, really helpful. They couldn’t have given a toss.
  25. Long Suffering ~ I had a similar experience but obviously when young kids are affected it is 1000 times worse. I had the loudest, foul mouthed, revolting family of Pies supporters sitting behind me and in front of me. I got thumped in the back of the head every time this big oaf jumped out of his seat. The idiots in front of me kept standing up and spilling beer everywhere. I came home smelling like a brewery. I spoke to the security man in my area who looked about 14 and he suggested I find somewhere else to sit as there was not much he could do. In the end I left my seat and went and sat downstairs and watched the rest of the game on the screen. This brain dead [censored] was cheering Maynard like he was some sort of God and chanting ‘Collingwood’ as poor Gus was lying unresponsive on the ground. He thought it was a hoot that we had lost a player so early in the match. After last night I made a pact with myself that I am never going to a match that involves Collingwood. This isn’t the first time I’ve had an unpleasant encounter at a Pies match but I have decided never again.
