Yep can't even record a promo properly. Obviously no-one coaching him when he recorded it
-
The guy manning the mark after a kick in doesn't have to stand still, as far as I know. But yes the extra distance helps significantly
-
Yes you are right. Wrong person
-
Except for the Montagna comment about GWS having more rotations up their sleeve... had to have it pointed out to him that they were down 3 players on their bench..

I’d say your friend doesn’t understand how the sub works...

Been sent straight to the tribunal so they can find some loophole to get him off...
-
a lot of people seem to want Jetta dropped. He actually played a pretty solid game. As long as there is a non-speedster for him to play on, he stays in the side
-
Are the umpires going to stand closer to the man on the mark to make sure they can hear them calling play-on? They are obviously not doing it loud enough at the moment because there are numerous times when the players just don't respond...
-
I reckon there will be players with the ball who will run straight towards the guy on the mark and then with a few metres to go they'll dart out to one side. They'll be passed the guy on the mark before the ump has even had a chance to call play on

What is your "Go To" Dees Game Highlights Video
low flying Robbo replied to Doug Reemer's topic in Melbourne Demons
2018 Finals against Cats and Hawks for me. Probably because it brings back all the feels for me being there for both. Such an awesome experience -
I'm keen to see what Shae can do. I reckon she should have the smarts to read the play and position herself well, as she played as a Setter for the National Volleyball team. Hopefully had some good tips from her brother too.

AFLW: Rd 03 vs North Melbourne
low flying Robbo replied to Demonland's topic in AFLW Melbourne Demons
Definitely the best game of AFLW I've witnessed so far. We looked awesome in that second quarter. Could this finally be our year? One thing I've noticed is there seems to be a lot of player movement between clubs so far. Are the girls just not being offered long contracts? Or at low pay? And is there a salary cap for the competition? -
WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - MAJAK DAW
low flying Robbo replied to Lord Nev's topic in Melbourne Demons
We haven't had biceps that big at the club since Benny Holland! In all seriousness though, as many have stated, he's just been asked to train. If the club thinks he's good enough, he'll be offered a gig. He's pretty handy insurance to have as he's a big man who can play at either end and also in the middle. I'm totally for it -
Review Finds Collingwood Guilty of Systemic Racism
low flying Robbo replied to rjay's topic in Melbourne Demons
They had that at the MCG a few years ago. A mate of mine built it. Don't recall seeing if after the one year... -
Dont think I could bring myself to like him at the Dees. Can't stand the way he plays. All about him.... and he flops...

I saw a video of an NRL game when a player relieved himself while taking a knee on the sideline...

Once he develops some clean hands he's going to take the competition apart! I love in that GIF that Vanders was eyeing off Mummy to lay the bump. It was like he was daring Mummy to go for it
-
Looks bad but not enough in it. If he was knocked out it would be different
-
May was very close to pulling the trigger, but there wasn't quite enough space between Hunt and his man so May chose not risk the 1 on 1.
-
The boofhead commentators loved it
-
I noticed 1 time where we stacked the field to go right late in the game last night, then Hunt made a gut busting sprint out to the left. May thought about going to him but he must have thought he didn’t have enough separation from his man. Good to see Kossie saw this too and took off to the same wing further down to be the next man in the potential play
-
It looked totally unprofessional when they were wondering why we were wearing it in the first quarter. It seems commentators don’t bother with doing their homework these days. The club media made it very clear what the jumper meant during the week.

I think it was clear enough that Weid was Clearly going to get the loose ball and have the advantage. The umps took a long time to think about it and eventually paid it. Surprising, normally we would get screwed by this
