Every Club's Trade Period Ranked
All reports on McAdam is he has a very good defensive game. Fullerton is an agile tall who can provide good defensive pressure as well. Not sure much will change defensively, itโs what the game plan is built on. McAdam in particular gives the team a more attacking option and X factor..

Dees win $1million McClelland Trophy
It could end up being a last round million dollar play off between the MFC and Lions womens game. A high stakes game

I just had a look at JTโs draft history with talls. It is not as bad as some point out. JVR, Petty and LJ are stand out wins. The only big miss I can see is Weid. The rest have been speculative picks used with late draft picks. Trading in May, BBB, Thommo and Lever and having Max and TMac on the list when he arrived has meant there was little need to draft many talls.

Is Petty leaving? Has May announced his retirement?

The Pick 1 Thread
Tim Lamb explained draft picks nicely. Some teams trade for points and other trade for picks/position. He called it a two tier system. Points are irrelevant if youโre moving up a few picks and this gets you the player you have been targeting.

The Pick 1 Thread
JT has an eye for recognising talent and will have in mind who is worth trading up for. It would have been nice to have been in this position last year when Humphrey was on our radar. We have already traded up and Iโm sure JT knows who he is after. If the trade up was part of the puzzle, time will tell.

Farewell Brodie Grundy
Fullerton is already a better forward and mark than Grundy, but not as good of a ruckman/player. We do lose out in many ways, but he provides more in these two areas.

Possibly have or working on a better offer. If we are chasing pick one hard, bodes well for us. Depending on what/who we give up.

Farewell James Harmes
Itโs an easy concept @beelzebub. Go onto an opposition player. Stay close, block him, stop his running ability and running patterns, be physical, stop him from getting the ball. If he gets the ball, nullify his possession output by putting pressure on. Create turnovers. When we have the ball. Provide an option, make him accountable, make sure your possessions hurt and turn his focus from attack to make him accountable. Putting him off his game. A Naggerโฆ. Harmes was good at it many times. Capiche ๐ค๐ค๐ค?? ๐๐คช๐

Farewell James Harmes
The definition of a Tagger has changed over the last 20 years. Letโs call him a Nagger. A nullifying Tagger with the option to provide ball getting ability. This is exactly how Harmes was played over many games. Teams play to their structure these days. Tagging is outdated.
