he was actually doing what the coach was asking him to do which is far more than I can say for many of his teammates. He changed his game style and it took some time to click but his last qtr of the year was far improved. As for gys, I said the same thing about Brent. He should feel very fortunate that he is on a list at all, respect that the coach may know a bit more about the game than he does and stop being a sook. This is the culture we are trying to remove. If that's where he is at then see ya.

This question may have been asked but if Byrnes is not considered worth any compo then how can he be considered a gain and therefore effect our losses.

i work as a manager with a team of seven. when i took on the job, there were a few that had bad attitudes and no matter what didnt want to adapt into a new regime. it was a cancer that spread and the morale of the whole team was at an all time low. over time i managed out the ones with a bad attitude and brought in people with the right spark and who beleived in what we were doing. The team is now florishing and the hard moves have paid off. i have seen too many years of us accepting mediocity and i firmly believe that these hard decisions will set us on the right path. go dees.

Not bad for an old bloke. Wonder what his son Tom thinks about it all -
i think we need to be aware that there is very little to be salvaged in this great big train wreck.
-
No the club is struggling because we have put up with talented players who don't really want to work that hard. The bleeds red and blue sentiment has to go. Where has it gotten us.
-
sorry, i was meaning to be responding to rpfc.

mckenzie bust his chops every game. if we are talking about proffesionalism, he has it in spades. Not the most sjkillful bloke going around but as suggested, he is one of the best shut down players going around. the job he did on goddard earlier in the year was sublime. the problem in the midfield is class. get a few like that in there and jordie can focus on what he does best.
