I just thought a thread of its own would be good to discuss today's revelation of a comp pick or mulitple comp picks. I have heard varying things from various bloviators about the varying compensation that clubs will get. My prediction: one band 5 for Moloney minus Byrnes, and one Band 3 for Rivers. So Pick 46 and Pick 27. However, I can definitely see how Moloney cancels out Byrnes so it may simply be Pick 27. As a rough guide (tailored to MFC): Band 1 (1st round): Pick 5 Band 2 (End 1st Rd): Pick23 Band 3 (2nd Rd): Pick 27 Band 4 (End 2nd Rd): Pick 42 Band 5 (3rd Rd): Pick 46 Would like to see us get two picks for our 'net' loss (Moloney>Byrnes) but we may only get one.
