That bump on Dawson was hilarious. It was like playing on a cardboard cut out. What made it so easy though, was that Jesse had worked Dawson so bloody hard he could hardly breathe, so had nothing left to give. Our boy is getting smarter about how to play the game all the time

Sorry, but for one of our Grimes bashers-in-chief, this is a bit rich. You've done nothing but call for the club to push him out, and now you are suggesting that it is his decision whether to leave and that that somehow makes it ok to heap it on him constantly on these boards. Give me a spell.

I'd take the Bont. He's an awesome talent. And I'd keep Christian. By definition, we're not going to get value for him because he's all upside. He's in the same position trade wise as Watts was a couple of times - not worth letting go of for what you'd get. FWIW, he'll be fine, and will end up a star.
-
I disagree. I miss his hilarious posts enormously.
-
Agreed. I think he's one of the top few hardest at it at our club. Probably Vanders, Viney and not many others ahead of him.

The Jesse Hogan Panic Room - all contract talk here

Doubt he's going anywhere now he's had a good look at that rabble. -
They were good ones too.

And Watts up to 10th. How long since we've had two in the top 10? Neitz and Robbo probably?
-
He did that a few times - he said 'took the force of the brunt' and there was another one in there too somewhere that I can't remember.

Atta boy Jack. Fantastic to see.

Eat a dick, Grimes haters.
-
You're not seriously complaining are you?

Love that the App works 28 seconds before half time. FMD.

Wow. Didn't notice it the first time round, but certainly did that time. And did Ebert vomit or was it blood coming out of his mouth immediately afterwards? Whatever, he was clearly in big strife, and was definitely helped down by Mitchell. I've said it before on these boards, Mitchell and Hodge are the two dirtiest players in the league, bar none. I absolutely loathe them.
-
The problem is that most players might do that with the right intentions, but I have no doubt whatsoever that Hodge goes out of his way to hurt people.
-
Oh, and I am so F ing sick of watching Hawthorn and Richmond.
-
Hodge is a filthy, filthy barstad.
-
I love at 1:00, Jesse Hogan standing on the goal line pumping his fists.
-
Yes, let's. Yes, may. But I'm not holding my breath on either front.
-
Just because the players enjoy it doesn't make it a good idea.

No confusion here mate. I get why he is frustrating. But I hate when people just focus on that and ignore all the good things. And yes, there may well be players brought in to help him out, who aren't as frustrating..
-
I agree - he makes mistakes. I also agree that his mistakes are frustrating, because a lot of the time they are really basic errors, and so stand out more. And I'm not comparing Jones and McDonald - you must be able to see that. My point is that all players make mistakes it's one sided to just point out their errors (frustrating though they can be). Equally, you can't ignore all the really excellent things McDonald does when making an assessment of how important he is for us.
-
Ha! Quite. Fair enough

Quality addition to the discussion.

Do the same analysis with Nathan Jones. I bet you can find at least that many moments he stuffed up during the game. Do you hate T-Mac so much that you'll sit through an entire replay watching out for his mistakes?
