  1. Wow! he was our best player. Open your fuggin eyes!!
  2. Very good point.
  3. It’s not completely puzzling given the depth in the midfield brigade right now. However, not even getting listed as an emergency?

Obvious? What? Pedersen is in his twilight years. Of course the coaching staff are going to train and trial Weideman as a second ruck. I can tell you now he won’t be a dominant and permanent forward. Can he be an improvement on King and Flipper with some decent forward craft as well as being tall enough to give a ruck chop-out? Absolutely. Wouldn’t be surprised if he’s moved on at the end of this year.

    Tim Smith.
  6. That’s handy for them. I know that my Port supporting mates get right behind the Magpies when the AFL side is traveling poorly.

Yeah mate, I had to pick a WAFL side when I moved here and through contacts I ended up following the ducks but I wouldn't say I'm an avid follower. I've played against the 'newsreader' Rick Ardon on a few occasions in Masters footy over the years.. He's a dirty sniping mofo.

You watch a heap more WAFL footy than me PSD so I respect your opinion but I still think anyone who can kick more than seventy goals and take screamers at this level is worthy of good hard look. Re ch7, I think I caught a snippet of big nose pumping his tyres up a couple nights ago.

I only watched him once this year when they played Swan Districts and he had very little impact. Speak with any Eagles supporters over here and they’re wetting their pants over him. Personally, I think for a bloke who can take marks and kick goals against Peel who had 16 listed Dockers playing for them deserves the benefit of everyone’s doubt at this stage. I noticed the AFL article mentions we've shown interest so at the very least I’ll be taking a keen interest on where he falls. I still think the Eagles will select him at 26 which might be good for him because I reckon the ‘go home factor’ will be strong with this fella if he has to move East.

Well if that’s the case he’ll earn plenty of free kicks from oppo blocking his attempts. I think we’re crying out for a small forward who can drag in a screamer. But regardless, he’s one of the reasons WCE have loaded up on mid range picks this year.
  11. Walker is really only damaging his own reputation by persisting with this line of trash talking his ex-teammates. To have gone thru the Phil Walsh tragedy showing some real leadership and camaraderie to this, being a bitter and vindictive Club captain surely can’t be enamouring himself to his other teammates. Seems like a bit of a boys club over at the Crows where it’s okay for Dangerfield and probably Sloane to leave next year, escaping any criticism.
  12. I’m reasonably confident that the young kids we’ve already got can continue to develop.
  13. My Port supporting mates refer to AFC as the ‘Cows’ all the time. Supposed to denigrate I guess.
  14. Was this done on purpose?
  15. I appreciate that Mahoney probably wants to be seen as reasonable person to deal with during trade period but the Crows have done themselves no favours in reflecting a value of two first round picks for Lever.
  16. I think you're making it basic mate. We're getting fugged about by the Crows and the player who wants to come to our club is being treated like he was some type of cancer. They're changing the goal posts so we should too.
  17. As rpfc has mentioned above, our deal can and should now be altered due to the circumstances that have played out since Jake nominated us. Fug 'em.
  18. We shouldn't wait on Adelaide drawing this out until the 11th hour of trade period to get this deal done. Mahoney to come out and publicly say that we'll open to trades with other clubs with 10 and or 27 and pick Jake out of the PSD.
  19. And considering there's effectively zero angst against Cameron wanting to go to Brisneyland, it does make you wonder why Lever is being portrayed in such light. Tex looking more like the villain at every turn.
  20. Phil Walsh must be turning in his grave with how this club has become so immature and weak.
  21. After reading the big footy for narrow minded imbeciles board about Lever, Adelaide have become my new most hated club in the League. What a disgraceful way to treat an ex-player who has every right to leave after fulfilling his contract. What have they got in store for Charlie Cameron?
  22. Now all we need is for Lever to walk into the draft so AFC get SFA and I will be searching for another TLA.
  23. I'm already waiting in anticipation for our game against the Crows next year. Reckon there might be a bit of niggle between Walker and Lever? Think so.
