I’d love Billy to become a player and demand a spot in the 22 but it’s clear to people with even half an idea that it’s going to take quite some time to happen - if at all. I can’t wait for it to happen when someone like Gaff is available.

The irony. You’re usually the first poster to come out in defence of players when they’re shitcanned and here, in such an obviously wrong assertion you’re in support. Unbelievable.

Gaff the player would be excellent but the added knowledge he'd bring from the Eagles would be invaluable.
Channel 7 Perth just reported that Paul Connors is here to discuss “expressions of interest” with Gaff. Reeled off all the clubs we already know are keen including MFC.

Okay, let's get this straight. He is 25 years old, turning 26 next month. And if you rate him on par with ANB or Harmes then I'd challenge your comment of "watching a little bit of the Eagles." If ANB or Harmes turn out to be as good as Gaff I'd be very, very surprised.

Goodness me, this bloke is a jet and will contribute to our side amazingly. Today he was absolutely pivotal in so much of the Eagles play. We desperately need a player of Gaff’s qualities and skills. Go and get Gaff.

The way Goodwin was seated and didn’t look him in the eye looked as though he was about to put the hard word on him rather than tell him he’s gonna debut. Weird.

Rumour he’s no longer interested in footy and will focus on beef cattle production in Japan.
Hogan kicks goals from 40 metres easily. He kicks them from 50 metres too but some people expect him to kick much further to be more effective it seems. If his role was to regularly kick from the 50m line it might become an issue. But it isn’t and won’t. He’s got 8 goals on the board from 2 games so it’s a non-issue for most people.
