  1. In the Casey match only Bowey and Lockhart made any claims for promotion. BBB hardly touched it and Jones showed spirit but not outstanding.
  2. Still no further news on the Swans' site but here's the link from the original article: " For those who are not able to cheer on the side at Casey Fields at 1.00pm on Sunday, you can catch all the action live via our Youtube channel, with further details to be released closer to the game. " (95) Sydney Swans - YouTube
  3. Hopefully you don't get the duo of Adelaide supporters who sat behind me and Mrs B with clackers. "Clack, clack, clack, Ad-laide' ad nauseum. Only relief was yelling back '3 syllables! 'each time they got to Ad-laide.
  4. Swans' website states it will be streamed via their YouTube channel 'details to follow closer to the game'. We live in hope.
  5. Sidebar comment but many thanks to whoever found and handed in Mrs B's phone after the game. Hope it was a D'Lander or friend. Much relief to see it sitting on the lost property bench when we got there.
  6. Want all my pals to sit in their reserved seats Prepaid to the club, don't scoff We'll happily download the club app See old friends, and tell Ticketek to @#$%k off!!! (apologies to Steve Poltz)
  7. Club site states it runs to end 2029 season
  8. Likewise. Enjoyed the win against tigers with a sprinkle of rain in the Southern Stand as opposed to the undercover Olympic stand seats I have paid for for years. Clues from those more expert at defeating Ticketeck would be gratefully received.
  9. Try this: AFL 2021: ‘Babes in the woods’ - Former Melbourne Demons star Russell Robertson delivers blunt warning (theage.com.au) Else I'll happily post the article.
  10. Another option might be rest Fritta - his hand was obviously still sore, bring in Brown and Chandler (on average = Fritta size :)) and Melksham to injury sub.
  11. Passed through my patch 20 mins ago and not raining here now. Radar looks OK for later.
  12. playing well in his favourite position - centre-half-toughstuff.
  13. Daw is unfortunate to have Max and Dogga ahead of him. Winning in the ruck and around the ground in his best this year.
  14. Amusing. BBB good tackle rewarded. Goes back 25-30 metres for his run-up. Richmond infringe and BBB ends up running his 30 + ump' s 50 to kick the goal. One weird fitness program.
  15. HI Egg. The number is on your membership card just above the barcode
  16. That leaves Sparrow as emergency sub
  17. Agree. Not our normal seats but reserved in the Melbourne allocation. Still have to be a jnr to avoid paying again.
  18. Yep. Being a 71 year old junior seems to be the only way I can get the reserved seat I've already paid for :) And 70 yr old Mrs B will be pleased she is attending with junior status
  19. If it was Kozzie, the ump would have called unrealistic attempt.
  20. As one pedant to another, Cambridge, Oxford and Merriam dictionaries were onto it before you. Can't be ...ed doing the eymological research; you're on your own for the date.
  21. Congatulations on the layers of meaning in the bolded phrase. Pig allusion, Ru Paul possibilities and RN dragged through the muck
  22. Also - showed some mongrel. Another 3 words neither uttered nor ushered in his time at MFC.
  23. For giggles. This from a post on webleedpurple - note the date: Posted 10/09/17 #16 So we didn't get Hogan this time? Well, it wasn't for the lack of trying by Brad Lloyd and his team.
  24. No way is that a pizza shape - they're either circular or rectangular.
