I'm all for playing on. When it makes sense. Not when you're panicked. Our players mostly struggle to make good decisions. Even senior players. It's not good enough.

He was 45 out on an angle. He wasn't the easiest shot but he should get those. Maybe I'm harsh to compare him to Clark, but for $500k a season, you'd want to be able to kick. Sorry but that is his primary job.

Just so we're clear, your solution is what exactly? You seem so happy to sit on your hands and do nothing. Well sometimes doing nothing is worse than doing something. Just because you've made a mistake in the past doesn't mean you'll continue to make the same mistakes in the future. A new coach won't bring about magical change and won't create an A grade midfield from a pile of horse sh!t, but he might bring a better game plan, better player development, and most importantly hope. Internally as much as externally. When there is no hope, there is nothing.

Just remember one thing. Jack, Toumpas and Hogan live at the Viney household. Don't go [censored] up that relationship. For god sake, if he does go, it has to be done properly and mutually or this has epic disaster written all over it. For mine, he stays and maybe as an assistant coach rather than development manager. He is too experienced and been involved in too many successful clubs to dismiss. I'd also like for Mahoney to go (too much baggage), and for Craig to become footy manager. It's a good way to streamline the footy department and lines of reporting without losing experience. Plus wtf director of sports performance anyway? Sounds like fluff to me!

I will continue to go to home games because we need the cash. But I think unless we are playing a lowly opposition, there really is no point going to away games right now. Footy makes me angry and sad and I don't deserve to feel like this. None of us do. Until something changes, I can't see my passion or enthusiasm being restored and so naturally footy will be lower on the priority scale. It's a sad reality when even die hard tragics like me who have missed maybe a handful of games in about 10 seasons are so over it.

Ross Lyon shat all over Neeld, so Neeld had to put 3 players back behind the ball and yet somehow it is the players' fault we couldn't get near it in attack. You are a genius Neeld.
