Howe and our third rounder to Collingwood for Kennedy and their second rounder? Sits well for me, and the (later) second rounder could be used on another prospective target, ie Melksham or Bugg.

Hasn't had a good run the last few years, pick 25. But lets not forget that it may end up as pick 28. Also, I definitely wouldn't call McStay worthless. Will be a good player.

Early days to be calling them A grade midfielders. To be frank, Brayshaw looks as though he has A grade potential and we haven't even seen Petracca. I believe they can both be stars of the competition one day and will be great contributors to the footy club, bet lets not heap too much expectation on them just yet.

Interesting. I was under the impression that the club had the power to send him across if he decided to accept the deal, with the player having no say (unless out of contract). Is that not the case?

Are you trying to set a record for the amount of threads you can derail Stuie? It's pretty annoying reading through a thread and finding that the last page is filled with nothing arguments that you've started. FWIW, I hope we land Bugg. He'd be a very good pick up and I'd expect we wouldn't have to pay an exorbitant price for him.

If we landed all three of Bugg, Kennedy and Melksham and managed to keep our first round pick, I'd be very happy. Those three are into our best 22 immediately and therefore, improve the depth of the entire list.

He'll be worth a bit more than that I'd think, especially if he is back to his best next season.
