The point of that is that I don't think I am a fan of him anymore. I think sacking him is a serious move that could hurt the club but at the same time he isn't doing it for us and that's obvious. I don't know what the solution is but I am losing faith in the coach.

Frawley is the lynch pin and is absolutely giving up on the dees. Garland should go forward again I think and Tmac is going to be a star, he is just out of shape at the moment. Sellar is capable sometimes but yeah we are absolutely missing Rivers.

Alrighty. I have been a Neeld supporter for quite a while and in the last few weeks have been of the opinion that the players are terrible and Neeld is not to blame for the penetrations we have copped. I don't think he should be sacked yet but jeez, his game plan stinks. The first half today was much better, run and intensity although rubbish skills all the way. However if we lose to GWS I'll be calling for Neeld's head like everyone else. And if we win by about 10-15 points I'll still be calling for his head because an effort like that is still pathetic. I just want to win.

That's true mate but Jamar has never been a big possession winner. I don't think he has it in him anymore but he deserves a little bit more respect. And if you guys don't respect him, respect the fact that his mrs is almost better than Pia Miller. Almost...

The three year contract was a joke and obviously you're being sarcastic but really Jamar should have got 2 years max and/or some sort of ruck coaching role because I think he knows what he's doing, there isn't much in the middle to get the ball.

I'm heading there with the optimism that fills me every weekend, no matter the result the week before. I am dreaming of a tight fought win and the turning of the tide but really who knows what will happen, tis football! All I know is even if we get hammered I'd be much happier there watching the game than working or doing God knows what else.

People have to look ahead before they call for Neeld to be sacked. One of the issues is there are many options out there. We can't nick someone from another club - who the hell would want to come to us? Sure Craig might be caretaker but I can't see him wanting to catch in the long term at all. Sheedy, who knows but I think it is probably beyond him to be honest.

Our club can't handle a big overturn again. It will destroy us and prove to the AFL that we are a basket case and can't be saved. Passchendaele was a reflection of the vast majority of field battles in the great war, not just the will of one man and the fact that you are comparing Haig to Neeld is laughable.

Garry should be disappointed himself. He could have hung around or even taken on a role himself instead of popping up for a few weeks, directing big changes that the future of the club depended on and then buggering off back to the footy show.

Sacking him this season will just put another nail in the coffin of the MFC because we won't be able to get anyone big or noticeably better. Continuity and stability are key and take time. This is still a learning curve for Neeld and I believe he can get through it.

Not quite sure I'd be comfortable with him in this role considering his lack of experience for this sort of thing. Love his passion though and really do want him involved with the club in some capacity because you can tell he really cares about the club, especially in comparison to some who are there at present.

I'll be pumped if we win a quarter and if Sylvia gets a kick in the middle. Bring in Kent and Gawn, if deemed fit enough.

Hmm at least if Schwarz came in wrested some kind of footy control from the club we'd have a strong personality in there. This could end up getting a bit messy and I wouldn't want Schwarz to negatively impact on Craig's role. It would be good if they brought him in as a sort of assistant in the footy department (though I don't know his credentials).
