  1. Put him in the middle
  2. I havent seen too many bombs in . it seems they are more trying to pinpoint targets inside 50, and skills ane confidence to do so is just letting them down
  3. I 100% disagree, a little out of it that quarter, but his attack on the ball is light years ahead of TMac
  4. Ive not been well, and missed a week. Cheers
  5. THought it was interesting too, that the Demon Spirit logo circling the ground as Carlton ran out....Its their home game isnt it?
  6. Can I say this epitamised the umpiring all night, I saw 10 examples of this close in the packs and not one was paid, it was a really soft free kick, where yes technically it was there, but not paid any other time
  7. Dont throw the baby out with the bath water, honestly we were within 2 goals most of the night, where the crowd influence sooooo many decisions. I beleive kicking 7 goals in that [censored] weather, we were not disgraced, and hang your head those that even suggest our players didnt have a real dip
  8. Me too, but I have booked my flight into Alice on the 28th (Wednesday) just to be safe
  9. I think they had to rebuild a few after they all got Trained down in the pre-season
  10. I heard a rumour that the Fixture Rnds 16 - ? were going to be released this week, does anyone have any idea when this might happen?
  11. Yes. Not close as a player or a sportsman, philanthropist or an all round humanitarian. Gerald Healey hang your head in shame.
  12. Gerard Healey comparing Jimmy Stynes to Mason Cox. Give me a break.
  13. GWS do everything right then gift goals to the opposition
  14. My Observations from the 3rd tier. Langdon runs and runs, but then seems so puffed that he stuffs up the next delivery. Hunter, for a guy that's supposed to be an elite kick, seems to miss his targets way too often. Again, whats with all the underground handballs, inevitably ended up as a turn over. Good Stuff was JVR's attack on the ball, I was worried that he might go into his shell (But no) Viney was awesome and should be getting much more love than he does on here (apart from his brain fade backward pass)
  15. I tried to go in and update with some more quotes via Big Footy, but it was making me feel a bit ill. The feed was as boring as their jumper. (I think I need a long hot shower now)
  16. Happy to hand it back next week, Although the quotes should much much juicier next week from the prison bar boys and girls
  17. Problem is, it is not necessarily so, After the Kosi incident I was hoping all "potential injuries" would be cited, but they don't follow up with like type incident reports. it seems make a scapegoat of this incident and then everything goes back to the way it was.
  18. Hope I'm not treading on anyone toes by starting this thread, but I waited until late Thursday and couldn't resist any longer Here's what the "Orrible Awks" Supporters are saying: Mostly sobering boring observations, but a couple of gems. =Really feel frosty needs to go. I reckon four goals in the first quarter and a half came directly from mistakes//turnovers/frees by frost. I love his passion, but we are a team that severely lacks polish at the moment. We need Blank back there. =Stuff it, I reckon we are a chance =This will most likely get ugly, like PTSD ugly. I’m not sure having heaps of young kids exposed to a full strength Demons team up and about is great for their development. Pick the most experienced 22 we can muster, let them cop what comes and move on to round 10. =Likely to be a tough game. We might as well learn something. =If we concede just 90 fewer points from turnovers, we are right in this. =Just saw the stat that Melbourne is the best final quarter team, while we are the worst second half team. I hate to say it but marry that up and the second half next week could be torrid =magine if we beat Melbourne =This could be 100+ points if Melbourne are in a ruthless mood. =Kosi has generally been unsighted early and popping up for a couple of late goals. He’s had one game I’d call good, but nothing that makes me think he should be in front of Rama as a key forward right now =Please don't bring facts into this. It annoys the masses. It's a bit like the family guy quote with Morrison, frost, and a few others. "We had 7 complaints, and as we all know, 1 complaint equals 1 billion people, so therefore, we had 7 billion complaints" =Van Rooyen surely misses. Kid is a jet.
  19. Surely this is a misprint, Pies...Interstate??
  20. Boy so much nashing of teeth going on here, its not a bad game, GC up for the fight.
  21. I dont understand Ruck free kicks
  22. Last year, I went and I would reckon we outnumbered their supporters 2 to 1, and that's with them giving away a free hamburger for every goal they scored
  23. I like the look of the Narrm Mens Polo, but it looks as if they only have sizes (s) or (3XL) very odd. Our merch department baffles me sometimes
  24. Well I stand corrected, I was under the impression that he went there as an advisor on Indigenous matters, considering the fabulous job he did in a similar capacity at Melbourne, (I do believe he won the Jim Stynes Community leadership Award in 2018) so thought they would have tapped into his skill in this area. PS hardly a facepalm.....
  25. With Neville Jetta at the helm of their indigenous awareness program. I for one wouldn't call it tokenism
