Really want Salem fit and firing in time for round 1. Could take a massive step up this season if he can avoid injury. -

Oh please don't quote him for those of us that use the ignore function. Thanks -

Thanks for updated DHD. How are the new draftees looking today? Are some of them in the full contact drills Edit. Just saw your report George. Thanks for update on newbies -
good of you Chris

Not sure if this has been detailed on thread, but has Jack had a bone graft done on his nav and if so, what would that do to his recovery, pace, spring, etc. Also has anyone seen him kick with his injured foot lately?

Hard to believe Beardo isn't it. How a man(?) of BBOs intelligence would ignore the wise counsel of his grass fed flock is anyone's guess.
-
Leave the sermons to those with a theology degree BBO.
-
I rest my case, Your Honour.

Who said I googled it Ethan? I might just be Wanksy himself. (I'm perfectly aware that last sentence will leave me wide open to a multitude of sordid and highly childish responses, mostly from dc and BBO)
-
But I gather name calling is permitted there? I do not agree with picket either.

"No interest in talking to Melbourne clubs: O'Meara" http://www.afl.com.au/news/2016-02-03/no-interest-in-talking-to-melbourne-clubs-omeara -
Yeah, nah. They can have him. Can't bowl, can't throw.
-
Don't go back to your incessant picture posting Toady. Please.
-
Excellent summation nutty. Can't argue with that.
-
Yeah, that's exactly what Dazzle said. Riiiiight.... At least your last sentence is correct. Well done. Sincere apologies for engaging in a conversation without you prior approval "stuie"
-
That's your point Stuie and your opinion, not necessarily the only point or opinion. Stop playing the victim card and accept that many others consider Pedersen to be a better key forward asset to the club than Dawes. Yeah, yeah, #pedomyths and the whole 'what you think the coaches views are', blah, blah. Keep replying if you like, but that won't change anyone's view.

Who's exactly is missing the point? Carlisle's comments were very relevant to McCarthy's situation. Both wanted out desperately, whether it be in an interview or said on the boundary loud enough for all and sundry to hear. And apparently Carlisle's a repeat offender at dissing EFC. You made an assumption that other contracted players wouldn't talk frankly like that about their current club and asked to be proven wrong. I linked a recent example to show you are wrong. That all. I leave you to continue pointlessly demeaning posters on your own.

Didn't say it was in an interview, but here you go... http://www.heraldsun.com.au/sport/afl/this-club-is-fed-jake-carlisles-remarkable-outburst-during-essendons-loss-to-gws/news-story/a0fe581b4380b763be491a5b8b97f407

Didn't an angry Jake Carlile bag out the Bombers last season, not in the words you use though. I remember the quote that went something like "this place is f**ked!"
-
How dare you speak reason on this thread robbie! Interesting points you raise.

Dunn's best position for the team is as a key back. He's played a number of rolls for the club over the years, but has been most useful as a key back. He and TMac are our backline pillars. Dunn has considerable experience and leadership - highly valuable to a young defence. IMO that's where he should stay.

Based on that view ENYAW, I'd say you'd probably be the only person standing on your side of the sand line.
-
Now Roughy is out of the Hawks side until mid season due to PCL reco. Still, they have fantastic depth and will look at his return as a boost towards their 2016 finals campaign.

WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB – JAKE MELKSHAM

If any of the banned 34 receive payment from any AFL body or club in 2016, they'd better consult WADA first, because from what I understand they cannot. A breach of the terms of the suspension will have massive ramifications for the player, club and wider AFL. IIRC, nor can the banned 34 accept an award/prize/trophy for the period in question where the drugs were administered. Time to hand back Charlie to the AFL Jobe.
