Farewell Jesse Hogan
Is it too much to expect you might understand that a player cannot be traded to a specific club without their consent?

Or...... They could just give us every pick for Vanders No, really. FMD.

4) Hogan reaffirms he's settled and re-signs with us.

I think Burton is a good player and should get them a high 2nd round pick

Didn't we draft Petty for a similar role?

Yes, I fear Hunt will become Casey depth KK improves our backline, assuming he passes medical by Richmond doctor

Which chap are you talking about?

Farewell Jesse Hogan
No he didn't. He made a joke of how his mum reads everything on social media and it makes for an interesting tuesday family dinner. He said watch out cause she'll hunt you all down, partic Demonland4276 It was clearly a joke

Everyone was poor in our last game. Not everyone was as good as Lewis the two games before. It's easy to cherry pick individual games

And yet he was amongst the best in the 2 finals we won. Funny how we only see what we want when our eyes are half closed.

If he stays it may explain why we asked the AFL for permission to trade next years 1st round pick, which goes some of the way towards potentially getting May and KK.

Both 1 and 2 were shouted down about a month or 6 wks ago. Some children demanding the thread be closed, others claiming trade scenarios were a waste of time as he was 'settled'. The usual suspects telling us what we are allowed to think. There was some good discussion on what his value might be both on our list and as a trade. I'd like him to stay, but understand now is a good time to maximize trade benefits if he is open to a move. He's a quality player, but we have the ability to significantly improve our list should he go. Doubt we'd get 2 x 1st rounders next year, certainly not when he becomes a FA.

Andrew Gaff
If he plays well through the season filling an outside need and we win the flag, I'd possibly be happy to see him on $1.5m. I see him as complimenting our list very well and making immediate significant impact (not with fists) Alas, we cannot see the future...

Andrew Gaff
If Gaff picked us and WCE chose not to match, would the realisation that he's cost us no picks/trades ease the shock of what we pay him? Are we prepared to offer $1.1m for 5+ years knowing he came without sacrificing picks/trades? Or are they completely separate considerations? What do us supporters think? What would the FD think?

I've mention the similarity before. Stuie-lite. Edit. Are you talking about Wise? ?
-
Farewell Jesse Hogan
Maybe you should offer some of that to Wise, he could do with a chill out session with you Wolfy!

Matty Lloyd on trade radio thinks he's better suited elsewhere and will struggle to get games at Melb next year.

I'd be seriously disappointed and surprised if we got those picks and didn't on trade at least one, if not both. 6 + 34 for May and KK would be ok with me. Maybe swap of later picks as well. I'd even go 5 + 2019 1st rounder for Kelly on top of that. In: Kelly, May, KK, Preuss, 2 x 3rd rounders (Kent, AVB), Toby Bedford (use 2 x 3rd rounders) Out: Hogan, pick 34, 2019 1st rounder, 44 (Preuss), Kent, AVB Aroused.
