Gee wiz, if I was an opposition list manager I sure as hell wouldn't give up 5 and 10 in a draft blessed with top end talent for a player who, to quote you:

Hogan played poorly in virtually every big game he took the field in in 2018. 9 goals in 8 games against the top 10 clubs.
Coulda, shoulda, woulda ... didn’t."
Hogan is either a star worthy of one of the best trades ever (5+10), or he's an over rated down hill skier who hasnt lived up to expectations.
Can't have it both ways.
5 years and 70 games under his belt. List managers know his value and they will trade for what he is worth now.
