The midfield has been a hugh problem all year one paced lack of skills so what to we do same same again.

Pace into the midfield Ball skills by hand and foot Decision making Forward craft education and execution If we can fix these areas up, along with some recruiting, it will be a far better and enjoyable year.

It looked to me he was trying too hard to lead the way, and sometimes the harder you try, the results don't go your way because you are rushing. He will be fine.
