Get ready for the pain this week v Ess.
baysidedave replied to Total-Dee's topic in Melbourne Demons
Ther is no way in a million years we wil get closer than 75 points against Essendon and expect the same against Collingwood, we are the worst l have ever seen in 50 years of supporting them, an absolute rabble, will not win one game this year, even if we get to 12 points down we will still get mashed in the last quarter. -
I have never so worried about the future as l do now and l've been supporting since the day l was born, l saw the terrible 70's and early 80's but l've never seen it so bad
-
He's the better man and Trengove should have been left to concentrate on football because he is not playing well at all
-
It amazes how everybody wants to stick the boots in
-
how can we be tanking when we are not capable of beating anybody, we will get done by GWS and Suns and we won't be trying to lose. We will not win a game this year, l've been a supporter all my life and member for 20 and this is easily the worst team we have ever had.

agree with everything he said, they are insipid pathetic human beans and l can think of about 10 who should go now including, Davey, Moloney, Jamar and a few more -
Let's go to Kardinia Park and Retrieve Our Dignity
baysidedave replied to Jonathan Steffanoni's topic in Melbourne Demons
just stay within 40 points will do -
why is it everybody jumps on Watts, keep him in until he plays 3 bad in a row
-
Madelaine McCann missing, he was only about 12 and at Brighton Grammer but he had to have something to do with it
-
Watts was one of many, we cannot hold on to marks, all players are one grab then out onto ground, one of our main problems. Watts was one of our bette rplayers so get off his bloody back dipstick.
-
I heard Stretch's kid wanted to play for Demon's, always been a Demon supporter
-
and we will get him through Father-son if he's any good

Travis Johnstone joins Chelsea Heights
baysidedave replied to fatmanblues's topic in Melbourne Demons
great stuff, wondered where he'd got to, glad he's back at Chelsea Heights -
don't know, but glad he's gone
-
apart from a couple we've recruited crap over the last 5years, we need to start again but not with Prendergast
-
also the recruiting over the last 5 years has been nothing short of abysmal; Watts is the only one showing consistancy and heart
-
l like your positve attitude but your dreaming, it will be a 10 goal thrashing.
-
both have been bad, our recruiting has been crap and the development has been worse, l'm sure Neeld will do his best but its going to take 3-4 more years before we start winning games again. l've given up on this year and reckon we will win 2-3 games with a % of about 50. l'm not going to watch it anymore, been a member for 20 years and will be again, l'm just not bothering getting depressed over it. We will get flogged by Richmond this week and that's enough for me, no more.
-
agree, every other club in the league would have picked Watts and he has been in our best both games this year. Having said that l agree with the start of this thread, we are a shambles and it is going to be the worst year in our last 20 years.
-
we will not beat richmond, we will struggle to beat anyone, including GWS and Suns
-
that's it, we have not got one top-line player, all just average footballers
-
we've had a shocking month that couldn't be helped by anyone but l've had enough and after being a member for nearly 20 yearsl'm just about giving up on football. l don't enjoy watching other teams and now l can't watch my own, l've got better things to do.
-
Its been an absolute shocking start to the season on and off the ground, we are pathetic but just have to keep going, l new we would get done by 100 points today, it was bleedin' obvious. Imagine how demorolising its been for the players and staff with all the crap going off the field at the moment, we just can't take a trick. No club in the history of the game has had to go through what we have had in the last month.
-
yeah, l reckon we did a good job handling it al but l don't know how l'll be feeling after we come 13-14th this year
-
agree, Bennell is an average player, l would have given Morton a go, he's better than Bennell.
