One I am not sure he is an "elder" or if that even exists what I believe is that he is basically a man of age in his tribe with which comes responsibilities of its own. Anyway, i understand that he had things to deal with, but the way he walked out, was reported to not be playing football for a period to settle his life, and leaves us with nothing for our investment this is a business.
