2022 The Run Home - Predictions
Bastards should know this season will give me a heart condition.

Collingwood supporters BOOING Clarry
For those visiting the MCG, you can report anti-social behaviour anonymously via text message to the dedicated security number +61 409 117 621 I would have lost it, that is outrageously cruel, beyond insulting a mother or racial epitaph.

CHANGES: Rd 15 vs Brisbane
So I don't think there is anything wrong with our fitness, we have been hunted and are showing battle damage, respect to the playing group who give so much and work so hard, super proud of this team but they are not Marvel characters (Gawn might be). i really think a shake up could be good positionally I like the idea of Brayshaw as a mid, Rivers back and Petracca forward. I also want Kozzie rotating through the middle, maybe swapping with Viney (who prior to injury was averaging a goal a game) Hibbered and Salem will be better for the run and in best news his calf did not blow up. leave both back, aiming for a settled six. May in, Petty as sub, needs a rest use only in case of emergency. Majak Daw in with instructions to be a very strong physical presence. Drop BBB it has worked before. I would rather Gawn at FF than Brown right now just saying but I think Gawn is very touch and go. Sparrow to play as a run with defender on one of Brisbane's playmakers No Hunt thanks. Harmes will be ok gets another go. likewise Langdon will do more. M. Brown wanted to see what you could do, back to Casey and very sorry about it. Gawn rested, Weid in to play ruck with Daw. We have won games with Gawn before, time for some adversity in the middle and enhance resilience. Like the idea of Jackson fwd, footy department has mentioned it before. Some coaching magic required for ANB and Spargo something NQR here but is fixable. Anyway lots of ramblings something like this: FB: Rivers May Hibbo HB: Salem Lever Bowey CTR: Langdon Oliver Jordon HF: ANB Weid Petracca FF: Spargo Jackson Fritsch Foll: Daw Viney Brayshaw Int: Harmes Sparrow Pickett Tomlinson Emg Petty

2022 Injury List
Can the swearing filter be turned off please. I am bloody sick of no plan to protect Max from cheap shots. I want to see an opposition player throwing up after some body work the next time they elbow Max in the head. And words cannot describe my sadness at the prospect of Max having that particular injury.

MFC-Note to self, do not debut players on QB.

WELCOME TO DEMONLAND: DANIEL TURNER
Watching him run off after that hug from Goodwin, he has legs like tree trunks, made Goodwin look skinny, will be hard to outbody, looks very strong already. Mid season steal I would say.

NON-MFC: Round 13, 2022
So true, when i watch games i'm not invested in is when i think it really has changed (for the worse) I will never believe umpires are corrupt unless factually reported, or that the AFL plays favorites, but I do think they have biases that come out occasionally and i do think there is memo of the week. As for getting consistency I would back the umps to be small teams/crews, that practice together and do match sim with teams in the same crew, they will officiate with to help standardize their decision making. Variations between umpires in game is infuriating.

NON-MFC: Round 13, 2022
Umps ruined it as usual that last htb, my my would be more mental than normal as a port supporter. Tigers defense starting to look really good. Grimes and Vlaustin makes for a very different team.

Steven May Suspended by the Club
who set Spargo on fire, or did Bowey light a fart? FMD I am going to enjoy a win on QB, Petracca or Clarrie to bust 50 possies, Viney to have 10 tackles, Langdon 500m+ gained, Jackson 4 Goals, Kossie finally take mark of the year, Gawn to kick 2 x 50m goals and be anointed God. and Goody to play a straight bat on 360 Monday night.

Nathan Jones' journey
Watch his interview on Dyl and friends, demonstrates what a journey he has taken. Mad respect for his family life as well. Still remember the launch ad for AFLW when he does the cameo with his daughter, a tear was had... at a bloody commercial.

Steven May Suspended by the Club
Amazes me what different worlds we supporters live in, really just the love of the Dee's that connects us. Or maybe it's having four brothers, but for me a bunch of headstrong blokes, who live an extreme lifestyle under huge pressure, having a small moment is not the end of the world, no police involved, no innocents hurts. May cops a punishment and it is fair and reasonable, be upset that he misses a week, we dearly need him, but his 'form' is negligible against say a Hodge. If this was the Army or Police drinks after a nightshift, we'd be none the wiser, and we'd say what a fine bunch of men they are, marching along doing their stuff. Don't let the hot-house of the media make you think the sky is falling, don't zero sum everything. I mean Tmac and Viney punched on at training. I love Steven May and until i see him do something cowardly I have his back as a supporter. Shout out to WCW for maintaining the rage!

Petty must play forward ( if fit )
Personally I'd like Weid to have his head shaved, some 'Jake the Muss' and inked tear drop tattoos, and accidently triple his AADD medication along with 3 double espressos, while watching the Rocky/Creed/name your favorite inspirational movies. Oh and am happy to see Petty tried forward, I think swingman/utility tall is a great asset to have. But it does depend on back six being settled. Personally I think Tomlinson deserves another go in defense just not as a pseudo May. and please Rivers and Hibbo into the team.

Demon Army Cheer Squad
I don't get why you don't just join? Be part of something you want to change. FWIW, things are tight with the soft cap, but there is a space for the club to find some student musos or some such to assist the DA, maybe get some OKEDO-DAIKO (Taiko drums) lined up- (sponsorship chance Jaguar?) Would sound awesome at the G and get rid of the loathsome banal crud american style basketball noise they pipe in after a goal. I love the DA, I love the big heads, and love their dedication!

VOTES: Rd 12 vs Sydney
Not potting you, just genuinely curious, what didn't you rate about Viney, happy to hear another POV?

CHANGES: Rd 13 vs Collingwood
Out <> In B.Brown <> either JVR/Daw Hibberd <> Hunt May <> Tomlinson (M.Brown for Petty, and Tomlinson stays - he is probably not ready to be the FB either to be fair, is a lot expecting him to be like for like with May) Positions: Pickett on the ball for 10 min each quarter, he is a great disruptor in the center Petty up forward (only if fit) could he replace Tmac as the Swingman On Notice: Sparrow (Bedford has done enough to have a go, alt ) / Bowey (he has dropped a little I would take a fit Rivers over him at the moment especially after the Casey game) Chandler as an alt to Bedford as well.

The Importance of keeping humble as supporters
So I play Ultimate Disc (old geezer on the right) here in Khartoum (40 degrees, the 3kg instant weight loss is fun), far left is an Essendon supporter, turns up for his first game with us, and his very first comment was a shot at the Dees, my first comment was, first time in a while you haven't lost on the weekend hey? Put him on the opposite team for a bit of fun (15 years older than him).

VOTES: Rd 12 vs Sydney
6 Gawn, has a Ruckman ever had more contested possessions, played his heart out. 5 Viney, brilliant game. 4 Brayshaw, reliable has not lost an ounce of courage. 3 Oliver, did a power of work in defense. 2 Jordon, smooth moves, looked assured. 1 ANB, one clanger but a lot of good work too, improved out of sight on his couple of down games. Petty - Brave heart award

POSTGAME: Rd 12 vs Sydney
That hurt, too many goals from dubious decisions, Swans played well though took the game on. I thought Viney, ANB, Max and Kozzie had great games. Kozzie to the middle we look better when he is on ball. We lost it though apart from the umps, in the air. M. Brown stays.

NON-MFC: Round 12, 2022
Was going to say the same, NQR since. Would love Naughton in our team though, he is what i thought Weid was going to be.

The Importance of keeping humble as supporters
Sounds right, South Australia as a 10y.o. Vic for the State of Origin truly scared me though. Really felt like i would be punched by an adult. But in Vic, Essendon fans are the worst though, I respect those who give respect, so I am tolerant of some Bombers fans, but unlike everyone else i meet in life, Bombers fans start with a negative assessment. I do quite like Herbatron though, for an Essendon supporter he gives hours of enjoyment, here is his greatest work…

I know, MFCSS has morphed into paranoia.

TEAMS: Rd 12 vs Sydney
Just to be clear, he tipped Melbourne and said we would make a statement. He mentioned we have a few holes and our pressure has dropped from 2021. Nothing unreasonable, I don't think fawning would add much to the conversation. And I think he gets plenty of feedback on Twitter, I plan to give him some there too when he makes booboos. Personally thought Joey's observations about ANB and Petracca was interesting, and tbh, wish he hadn't (-;

TEAMS: Rd 12 vs Sydney
Hunt has some credits, and obviously FB is not his role, but I too would prefer Hibberd. Hunt needs a good game this week or else give Hibberd a go, he is a good negating defender as well.

POSTGAME: Rd 11 vs Fremantle
Well we found out how deep our depth isn't... And then; Putain, Bâtard, Merde, Enfoiré, Liverpool goes and mucks it up... With me in the middle of Abyei, Sudan, with a sat phone trying to find out scores, expensive and unpleasant. I still believe though 100%
