  1. After being crap for years the temptation is to want instant success is enormance. We have seen what that has produced over the last 7 years I can wait another year to see Hogan.
  2. I reckon that might be harder than fixing Syria
  3. Thats true what why push up the odds for a 17 year old
  4. I think your heart is ruling your head H_TI wish I had the youth and ability I would play for any of the three in a heart beat. Unfortunately I am stuck in the real world. Would you switch from a club where you have played all your career, won a flag and played in another GF For a bit more money at the risk of a possible Gf appearance or very little chance in your time frame. No I would stay where I was.
  5. You have my vote Don't believe the kid needs the pressure at 17
  6. 4 wins and 1 nab cup Not sure there is a lot to consider there RM. But I am nit picking. I just believe we should not push the envelope with Hogan.
  7. I find this thread funny. If you were Buddy would you play for Hawthorn for $800 000 Freemantle $1 million or the MFC for $1 million? Not a hard decision I don't think
  8. Always is Bossdog The problem for the MFC is we seem to have a poorer strike rate than most. How come we seem to pick the Tamblings and never the Franklins
  9. That might be seen as tanking rpfc. Don't agree I don't want him before he is 18. Don't want him to have to wear the responsibility of a possible poxy result yet.
  10. Sorry RM and Rev. But I don't want him playing in 2013. Let the kid get to the right age before throwing him to the wolves. We have been crap for years, lets do it right. We have tried to be too clever too often in the last decade.
  11. Guys did anyone see Tapscott? Was he in main training group or still among the walking wounded?
  12. Bossdog I cannot follow your analogy If Buddy had not played a game it would have been a waste. One simple reason No one would have known how good he is. He would have been the Luke Molan of Hawthorn.
  13. Those words are probably the most accurate that have been uttered in the last 6 months on this site dc. I doubt you could more sick of it than I am. Following a football club is not meant to be this hard is it? Add this and the drugs crap and I am struggling. Wish I was off OS for a couple of weeks to escape, somewhere were there is no Internet. Hmm I wonder where that is?
  14. What if dc the MFC / Bailey has said to the AFL over the last week. We will only accept a not guilty decision. Then the AFL might be taking it to the commission for a decision on how far do you want to push this? "The MFC will go to every court in the land" we need you to decide before we embark on that course. Then it might just be a 3AW guess ( no that would not happen in the media)
  15. Me too Dof I hate to think what we are leaving our grand children. The way I feel today makes living the life of a recluse seem attractive
  16. BH see my comment above. If thay play round 1 it will be the best comback since Lazarus Both have had serious foot injuries Clark no running for 8 months and Trengove none for two months. When it is safe to start running they are both going to take 2 months to catch up.
  17. I agree with you WJ. When asked about them at the AGM Neeld gave a Coach Speak answer. I walked away from the meeting thinking we will not see them till May.
  18. No reason other than gut feel dc But I think tomorrow. I hope today I was over this at least 3 months ago
  19. You know I have the -hit- with my sister. Knows I am a big fan and did not tell me. She is going. Ha ha By the way she tells me it is on two nights so I am chasing a ticket as I type
