As much as it grieves me to say Sydney is warmer than Melbourne. I have been going up there for business for 30 years and it is warmer. They do not get the lows we get here and the maximums are reached much earlier in the day. e.g. Melbourne Min 10 Max 18 but the 18 is reached at 2 pm and by 3 pm it starts to fall Sydney Min 14 Max 20 but the 20 is reached at 11 am and does not start to fall till 3pm. In the actually way you feel that makes a warmer start to the day and it feels way warmer for most of the day. Believe me Sydney in way warmer Autumn through Spring.

I don't think we are going to see a new coached announced till August wyl. I believe the new President and board members will need to be in place first. The major players are not going anywhere in the next few weeks so no need to rush, other than us poor members wanting some good news does it matter?

Not sure how this turned from a thread on Clisby to the worst kick. But while on kicking we must top the AFL in the number of poor kicks. It would not turn us into champs but the number of players we have who are poor kicks is one of the major reasons we are so bad. We have IMO five players who regularly play in our 22 that are nowhere near good enough kicks and would not get a game in other AFL teams because of it. 2 McDonalds, Nicholson, Mckenzie and Bail. Then there are those like Davis who in my opinion has not had a senior game because he is a very poor kick. How have we picked so many poor kicks? PS Really glad Clisby has made it into the Seniors, I hope we are seeing the start of a good story.

longsuffering you are welcome anytime. This thread is devoted to a small amount of sanity, so far it has survived on the premise that there are other things in life than being at each others throats. Unbelievable but it is possible to have a sane conversation with another dees supporter.

IMO two of these in Williams and Eade have the hots to coach again. Roos needs to be suduced and would costs lots ( $) to convince him. Mathews I think is a very long shot. Clarkson is contracted till the end 2014, so at the very best we would not get him till early October if at all. That says to me it is probably out of Williams and Eade. My punt Eade

Amazing i went and bought some stuff before the old designs disappeared. I still wear the old cap that must be 5 years old. I have the new ones but they hang on the wall, I don't hate it it just does nothing for me.

Don't believe I have said that Ocher. I believe we have approx a dozen AFl standard players. That of course assumes we get the whole dozen on the park at one time which we wont have this saturday. No matter how good they are they cannot make up for the balance.

Not quite sure why dees fans think this group is under performing all the time. IMO what you see is what they are capable of. You can only do your best I seriously think we have seen their best.

All the reports I heard today say there is no way him and Williams would be at the same club.Also saying Craig is another on big money at the Dees. If we bring in Williams we would need to pay out Craig. The decisions of 2011 are proving very costly!

It is no secret that I am not a big fan of the current emblem, in fact it just does not grab me one way or the other. I like your effort stuie. I also dislike the blazer intensly. But in the scheme of the things that need changing at the MFC these are running 99th and 100th on a list of 100. for me. Lets consider these when we are pressing for finals games in 2016.
