I tend to agree with you However I am not sure if Terlich is good or not at this point. There is a reason for 6 wins out of 45 over the last 2+ years it is called lack of good players. We still have a large number of NGE's but we don't want it to be the case and imagine quite a few are way better than they are. I pray a few more will be replaced at years end.

Unfortunately he cannot turn shorter players into large ones. With the exception of Gawn there is no one fit for duty next weekend. The Dogs tried to counter their lack of tall forwards with smaller fast players and got done by 11 goals. In my wildest dreams I cannot see us doing any better on Sunday. Perhaps a ten goal loss ( if we can keep it that low ) will be a good result under the current injury problems. Whatever happens it will prove nothing about the ability of PR.

I think that he is the classic dees star. In a period of low level results and performances we cling to anything that gives the slightest chance of improvement / success. I certainly have seen him as being way better than I think he actually is. If I think about the games he has played (57) how many have been in the top 5 players? From my memory 3 or 4. The rest have been good quarter games mixed with the occasional specie mark. He is not IMO a KPF He is a forward who flashes in and out of the game. On his good weeks he is capable of 2 -3 goals, the reverse is like Saturday night when he gets the first or second defender he struggles. In a good team he would be very dangerous but in the MFC team of 2014 when there are not KPF's playing he will be average at best. We are expecting too much

Changes for next week are entirely depend on who is out injured. Whatever happens the following needs to happen IMO. Gawn in as we will need help for Spencer and someone with height on the forward line. Byrnes stays in ( god how I hate saying that ) there is no one with a higher ability and he did somehow manager to kick two goals. Pedersen will stay in there is no one else (again I cannot believe we are so badly off we have to have him in the side). If there are multiple injuries then the rest are a raffle as they should only play under these injury conditions. PS I am assuming the likes of Viney are still out through injury and little game time.

I came up with no answer other than Banana and Peanut butter sandwiches are right up there on the top of the sandwich filling list. Have no idea why I do not enjoy them more often.
