You are correct it would mean we have been found guilty H_T I have always though they would pin something on us. They now need to IMO placate the likes of CW. I am very happy to be wrong but I cannot see us getting off scot free. Part of me wants the MFC to fight till the better end and another part wants it too be over and if that involves a penality so be it.
