  1. As I said earlier I have seen nothing of the game however no matter the opponent in this seasons shortened game a 10 goal win is a good result. And beating the team I hate the most just means an all round good Thursday.
  2. As I donโ€™t have Foxtel and my normal source is not allowed I have not seen a frame of the game. But from what I have read and I know it was only the Crows ( my god I am happy they are in the crap) but it is great to see we finally had a player last night in Oliver who dragged us along and then when the game was to be won in the last quarter he blew the crows out of the water. How long has it been since an individual player did that for the Dees ?
  3. You need to take Spargo out of that list.

    That's where the buck stops.

Me too A F, a few words from Bernie and all of a sudden it is the players fault. While they have some of the blame to take IMO they are trying to implement the impossible. Not only over a season but over the length of a game.
  6. We don't need another mid we need a decent kpf.
  7. We will know in the first 15 minutes.

Whatever you had for lunch please stop it is really upsetting your powers of reason.
  9. substantial "IF" there Polly.
  10. So if was us playing the dogs would we have won?
  11. I was making the agreeing point that Port won and like us the dogs didn't. I have no idea why but this has been our trade mark for decades. Nothing to do your comments but why 3 years ago when we, lions and port where down and could not beat time with a stick are we still in that position but the other two are going gang busters at the top of the comp?
  12. Until last year we keep giving away early picks for senior players.
  13. My God how come you took up the Dees then. Almost every other club would have been a better choice.
  14. Saw him against the Hawks and looked ok. The sad bit is there is no where else for him to play this year. Like everyone I guess but would he have played as many games in a normal year?
  15. But they won, the dogs didn't. They found a way in spite of being tired. We couldn't manage to be in the game at any point. Surely that is the difference. I think we are over estimating the ability of a large number of our team.
  16. I say this having not seen Foxtel games but has Jackson justified his spot in any game
  17. Struggle seeing that two kicking a winning score Sd.
  18. Agree and as you said earlier a win is a win.
  19. Was not what I would call a big win. A good one. I know big wins are less likely in this shortened game era but you would never approach a game expecting a big win from the dees because they are so rare. This week we should win easy but most supporters will not be surprised if we lose.
  20. I seriously doubt we have the personel for a big win against any team. WB. And it is not helped by an average FD.
  21. This is perfect round to rest him. There is never going to be a better round when we should be able win without him.
  22. Makes a lot of sense but that seldom seems to be part of the selection criteria at the MFC.
  23. Pity we don't have another dozen to match him.
  24. When we have so many games in a reduced time period why would you risk him against the Crows?
  25. Also explains why we get so few FTA games. We really are the perfect example of a team to fill in the numbers. Every non MFC supporter knows we are no danger to there finals ambitions.
