  1. Once again I find myself in 100% agreement Mr. Shadow.
  2. true or not that is the way we are perseeved.
  3. Sadly I have to agree Mr. Leg. To me going to the footy is 80% of the enjoyment. Not sure how I will adapt with only 20% to work with. The up side is in early June we are still in the running for a finals berth. How often does that happen?
  4. Not long after that they came up with the 19th century blazers. Even now it makes me feel ill just thinking about them.
  5. Funny isn't I have a cap with it on too but was never in love with it. IMO is running just behind the the lovely 19th century blazers we had a few years ago
  6. Thanks, you don't appreciate your health until it changes.
  7. Looks good. The exception is the horrible acorn shield design.
  8. Hi Mr Shadow back after a length illness that is still not fixed, have had no interest in sport last few months however life goes on and I come on to Demonland and the second thing I see is the subject of a home ground. Your comments are spot on! I have no problem with the MFC being head quartered at Casey but it will never happen. The board has said on a number of occasions that the facility has be near the G that leaves one option the Goschs paddock area. IMO the plan would have been announced by now if not for the Virus. The state government is not going to be seen giving money to a silver tails football club in this envoirnment. IMO unless we can fund it ourselves the tradition will continue. Forget about us having a new home for the rest of this decade the funds just won't be available. Collingwood won a flag using Goschs we can too it is not ideal but there is no other alternative while the facility has to be close to the G!
  9. I have considered mine a charitable donation for many years Bbo. Why would I want it back this year? What I want back and will never get is my love of the players after their money grabbing ways of the last few weeks.
  10. Sadly the opertunaty to do that decreases by the day.
  11. It is now there for all to see. What a lot have suspected is now obvious. They are tone deaf. I am sad because it represents the probable end for me. What started out for me in 1960 as fun and the way to enjoy your Saturday afternoons will end with scorn for a bunch of self centred ego maniacs. This 21st century lot have IMO lost the plot.
  12. Haven't been on for a couple of weeks. Have had better ones so I may have missed comment but is there any one else who is [censored] off with AFL players? The world is crashing around us and they seem to be demanding 50+ % of their salaries for doing nothing. Have they not noticed the thousands who are now without $1 of income. This lot is making me sick. May be what finally pushes out away from the game.
  13. I have to say I am rapidly losing interest in the footy season. The virus and a few other things in my life at present may well turn me into a hermit. Down mentally so far in 2020.

Kent is an average inconsistent player who could not stay on the park. We have his spot well covered.
  15. If he ends up as good as Miller I will be happy!
  16. It beggars belief Bbo. It is the third decade of the 21st century for gods sake.
  17. I have said this elsewhere I think the Weid has the potential to be a good ruckman. As KPF I seriously doubt it.
  18. Your last line is correct rpfc however winning is way better than losing no matter where or when.
  19. I think he might be off playing as a ruckman chook.
  20. But is that enough to be selected in the first game?
  21. Carlton will improve this year LH but it could easily be one of the other two. My guess the Crows but that maybe because I hate them with rare intensidy.
  22. Pates perhaps his best chance is as a ruckman. From all accounts he played that role well against the Crows.
  23. I doubt it there is a Jewish guy who has that gig covered.
