The guy has been locked up in Qld with a 2 week old baby with no support from parents etc. Played a hellish schedule and missed finals. Time he had a little space. It won't kill us to wait for the decision. It's our pastime it is his life.

I had a very small brush with depression earlier this year for the first time in my life. As a result I have a new appreciation of the problem and how it distorts your thinking. Saying “just get on with life “ is easy to say but not so easy to do. I read somewhere that he had been told that week that his father had a very serious disease. Who knows what his ghosts are but I would give him one last chance if it is possible.

I have seen him a few times at Casey. IMO he has no chance of ever being a good VFL ruckman let alone at AFL level. I will be surprised if he is on the list in 2021.

Cheer up Kent it is only a game and the season is over there are way more important things in life. I feel we lost this season from those off the field. Yes we could do with a few better players but let’s hope we get a couple this recruiting season and some big changes to the FD.

If he is off it will make one the awards he won tonight look rather silly.

I just noticed that Qantas has cut completely their sponsorship of Ruby Australia leaving a huge hole. On that basis our retaining our two major sponsors looks an even bigger success.
