That fateful day when we were trying to lose and Richmond were desperate to win says it all. Ten years later we are still irrelevant and they have won 3 flags in four years and another beckons. We will struggle to make 8th.

What's happened since? Lost Evey game to them. They played in a GF we finished 9th.

Thank God we did not make the GF we would have looked even more silly. Imagine how much more we have to improve to put up an effort like. We have 10% of the fight that Richmond have.

I will be watching tonight for one reason my 10 year old Grand daughter is a cats supporter and she is keen so we will watch it together. I will be mainly silent as have no love for either. This IMO shows the MFC"s big problem, they need to get on the winning list immediately not in five years time. Kids like winners.

Yes but by saying where is the evidence that he doesn't you are implying he does. I have no idea if he takes advice or not I just get the feeling he is single minded about how he wants the team to play. I think he is trying to make the players fit the plan which I see is not working. If he got a game plan that enabled the players to play to their strengths we might have more success. But who knows I just Know we are not playing like a side that can play finals.
