Spot on robbieF I well remember the Richmond game and believe it or not I was livid when we lost that game. I hated it at the time and I still do. The really sad part is that we have gained nothing from tanking except perhaps the pity of other fans. If their is any justice in the world we have reaped some of it for our efforts

I thought this thread was about Sylvia! For some time now I have been saying he gets more like Trapper every week. However this year he has been truely horrible and to be honest I think I am now giving Trapper a worse rap than he deserves by comparing him with Sylvia. Trapper had good days and bad days but I never had the feeling he was intentional not trying. That is now the feeling I get from Sylvia. Last year I said on a couple of occasions we should consider trading him Unfortunately by the time this season ends he will not be worth anything at the trade table. At Casey for mine for as long as it takes and if he does not respond he can spend the next 2 years there for mine.

Deers I think you are totally wrong. The only emotion other supporters feel for the MFC is pity. I do not want their pity I would rather they laugh. I crave their hate when we are pounding them by 20 goals.

Bush demon I think spelling is important. It may be because it is I think my biggest failure in life. I have improved over the years but I still make errors. 90% of my edits are because I notice a spelling error after I have posted. The other 10% is grammer. Oh how I would love to be able the spell well. Went to watch Uni Blues on saturday. Had a great afternoon ( remember when all tha games were Saturday afternoon ) they won the game. Then came saturday night, not a surprise really but I was surprised the game was over at the 15 minute mark of the first quarter. Yesterday I was washing my car before attending a friends birthday party in the afternoon. And I did something I have never done in my 52 years of suppoting the Dees. I peeled off my "demons Sticker" I am too brittle to take the derision associated with being a dees supporter now. It did not help of course that a large number of them were Tiger fans. Just shows how low have I sunk? And I have every confidence worse is to come before 2012 is over.

Mate you must be the ultimate optimist. The Carlton seconds would beat the MFC by 10 goals. Please except reality, blind faith is doing no one any good at present.

LMR I was there in the 70's and while we poor for long periods I do not remember ever feeling that we were going to get beaten by 10+goals every week. There was at least 7-8 players that would give you some enjoyment as they played well. We were at least in those days competitive with the bottom few sides. I can honestly say I have never seen a MFC side as bad as this one.

Mate I am so confused I do not know who is the problem. What I do know is that our list is poor, senior , junior the whole lot. Four years ago we were training at the junction, had half the coaching staff we have now, had a $5 million debt. 2012 we have the best training facilities going around, we have as many coaching staff as anyone, we have no debt and have had numerous high draft picks RESULT we are playing worse than 4 years ago in fact I would say the worst in my 52 years of watching the Dees. It seems to me that we have a team ( with a couple of exceptions ) that is either the most untalented in the league or they have zero ability / desire to implement Neeld's plans. Whatever the reason it is time the Members showed their feelings. Don't turn up till they improve, go to Casey games, follow your local side for a couple of weeks. Not sure what else we can all do. There is more to life than than this football club
