I'm sick of all this talk from newbie players big headed and wet behind the ears of "lets see how well we do in a couple of years before I make a firm commitment". I want to hear something like, "I'm committed to the challenge to help raising this club up to premiership contention". If they give a 100% for four or five seasons and nothing happens then fine. They gave their best and can depart with honour. I have nothing but contempt for this new wave mercenary attitude. I know it would never happen but if the clubs were punished for player outrages as well as the players I reckon these kind of problems will reduce dramatically.
