  1. Yes Nails, I have a bottle or two ready to go. I am showing restraint this week but will crack one shortly. Get ready to join me as I'm confident we'll win this one
  2. [censored] me! I was just about to back Melbourne at $2.50 head to head on Sportsbet when I got distracted by a phone call of about 10mins. Shortened to $2.35.
  3. Fair comment Nails. Pendles is a proven top gun. You underestimate at your risk.
  4. Hope he didn't test positive !
  5. If Pruess can lean on, body on and generally molest Grundy (not in a Richmond way) in order to nullify him and wear him out, then that will be a good job. If he can also take a couple of grabs around the ground - bloody good job. Pendles is a handy in but is he 100% ? In any case our midfield is hot atm and will give the filth plenty to worry about in itself. Once again, clean and considered entry to our forwards will be key. Hopefully Spargo will play have a repeat role in that. That, along with Tmac raising a gallop and finding some form would seal the deal. My great hope would be that the " grandson of a Collingwood legend" kicks a big bag and makes Eddie weep. Dees by 21 and a dirty deeds celebration at The Manor post match.
  6. One thing with VDB is that he's bloody tough. For years we've lacked players who make the opposition look over their shoulders when they hear his footsteps.
  7. Rivers a bit stiff I reckon
  8. You’re a sick [censored] biffen
  9. I wonder if it’s the same puppy that was denied entry to the hub
  10. Max did not look fit during the Adelaide game I suppose hindsight is a gift but that’s when he should have been rested. These things have a way of bitting you on the nethers
  11. Petracca . ( Jeez he was like a tank ) Oliver. Great game but shaded by petracca Brayshaw. A return to form Jackson. Amazing game. Thought the ruckwork would be too much for him. Lever. Possibly his best game for us Weid. Played with authority. Let down by a couple of missed shots
  12. Well, we did the job in fine style. Petracca Really owned the title bull. Showed terriffic breakaway strength. Jackson - last week was no fluke Kossi - Jeez this kid will an Eddie Betts!!! PS Silly me. Thoyght last weeks umpiring was [censored] PPS. Has the over the shoulder too high rule been removed? PPPS I'll let @picket fence comment on Spargos" game. Go dees BTW I made some good money on the punt today
  13. Getting [censored] by the umpires...... again
  14. Blues are [censored] now !!
  15. Are you suggesting he should consult with Richmond deever ?
  16. Yes .. and I've also heard they are bringing in John Hopoate as a specialist coach - just to refine their technique.
  17. Word of the week right there Ethan!
  18. A business lifeline for orthodontists?
  19. While I'm not overly enthused about team selection, I reckon we'll win. In fact, I'm going to put a modest amount of my no longer hard earned on the Dees. Well ... we just have to win ,to stay in the main game and make something of our season. Looking at the latest membership figures gives a sense of urgency to finishing this season strongly. We need to make the finals at the very least to start undoing the damage of 2019 and our poor start to this ****ty season. Norf have had Richmond like grip on us for years and it's time to shake that off. 21 point winners
  20. ....and here was me hoping for an intellectual debate!!! FMD !!
  21. Given the bizarre nature of the season, I could sort of understand the changes. That is until I read on the Melb website that Jackson " will be taking the number 1 ruck duties" !!!!! That is crazy! Goldy will be too strong and too experienced for him. I can't see it doing any good for his confidence or his body. I assumed Tmac would ruck against Goldy and aim to at least nullify his hit outs and then we rely on our strong mids. WTF is Pruess by the way I don't get it.
  22. Indeed, one of the oxyiest morons you will find
  23. Once upon a time it would have been an "internal matter" Jim. However, in these sanctimonious times, I would expect the AFl to be consistent in punishing disreputable behaviour that (especially) is spread over prime time media.
