Would prefer to trade pick 33 than Tyson, GC didn't even offer KK a contract, how much confidence in his concussion issues can they have.

We blinked first with Lever who was uncontracted. Will be a disgrace if we accept anything less than 4 and 5 for Hogan.

We'd be mad to trade him unless he absolutely wants out, we could easily match Freo's offer, other than money can't see why would he want to play at a dud club like Freo.

Disappointing cause he's best 22 when fit and has pace which we lack so much. Would rather cut a bunch of duds like JKH et al who have no AFL level abilities and keep Kent.

Well if he doesn't nominate them it means [censored] all. Out of contract players get to their preferred destinations.

Now that would be an achievement! Considering he hasn't yet been a 1 time AA If he nominates us, and he will only nominate one club so there will be no bidding war, he's worth this year's first and second given he's out of contract.

Apart from those circumstances, they wouldn't offer him an acceptable length deal, something well within their control. They were more than happy to give longer term contracts to players like Hurley who they were desperate to retain, Hibberd was clearly not a priority, and I'm not sure why we've made it one given the number of HBFers we already have, even though he may be a minor upgrade on some of them.

Landing a 27yo that Essendon didn't even particularly try to retain is hardly a coup. Hope we get a later round pick upgrade if we trade away our only valuable pick for him.

Funny how players become so good during a non playing period of almost 2 years, Milkshake and Hibberd were very ordinary in their last seasons for Essendrug. Milkshake is ours so fully support him, but imo Taylor should weave his magic with our first pick rather than blowing it on a 27yo convicted drug cheat in Hibberd.
