Correct. While I don't care about a lack of reply, I'm sure others may - particularly after the President pledged to have all correspondence replied to.
I'm not whingeing - someone asked for people's experiences, and I've provided mine
'Its a Nightmare' created a thread to assert that of late, 'communications with the club are responded to quickly and amiably'. However, that's one experience, and I'm unsure if that can be generalised.
While 'Its a Nightmare''s experiences may reflect their assertion, it's clear that not everyone has had the same experience as them (cf Deeoldfart).
PS. Did you receive a quick, polite, response after using info@? I've received quality responses after contacting particular staff directly, as I mentioned.
