what the hell has happened since 1/4 time. watts only 9 possessions, howe only 2. We finally score a goal and they respond virtually straight away. Why oh why can we not put 2 good performances together. -

wow if spencer is kicking goals maybe it will be our day -
would just love to see him come back and play nearly a full season or even a full one. Interesting though if he didnt re injure himself if he would have ended up at Richmond.
-
anyone else think that Hogan will feel queens birthday is a big stage for him and he will be pumped for it. No pressure on him and its totally the opposite for when Watts debuted, but Jesse has this presence about him and I just feel he'd love the big crowd and atmosphere and would want to perform. I cannot wait.

awesome to see jack back. Think we have really missed him in the midfield. Also good to have Jetta back. -
wow did not realise hogan had 21 disposals and took 9 marks and he kicked beautifully as well. legend.
-
queens birthday will be huge not only for the game but for this cause and for Neale. I hope we get a really really good crowd.
-
wow fitzy was awesome in defense today. Spencer looked better. I mean he rucked then followed up like a ruck rover twice and that was just beautiful when he did it and lace it to [Pedersen]. Hogan I just love turning up to see what he can do. Howe was back to his leaping best. I hope we see him forward more. Brayshaw, just love the composure and I loved it when he came off the ground with a few minutes to go and he was so excited and had the fists pumping to the bench. Wow I didnt even notcie tom boyd all day. Wow no wonder he was subbed off with those numbers. Grimes and Toump looked better Pedo wow a very handy player Jones please dont ever turn around and kick into the oppositions 50 and give it straight to there player. The girls won so that was good Downside- I set the game on my set top box and the stupid thing failed to record it.

well im going. Have no idea what to expect.
-
wow suckling made some errors and breust usually kicks those. If only that handball to cyril was a bit cleaner. But what an enjoyable game to watch.
-
geez watching rioli play reminds me of the exciting days of going to watch the wizz play and all the excitement he'd bring.
-
What is Jamars injury? Also did Maxy play like a player that should be in the seniors next week and will do better than Spencer?
-
Chip giving Franklin a hiding. Kept him to 4 possies 1 mark no score. I bet the AFL are now thinking that they should have put this match on last night instead of tonight. Meanwhile in Perth the dockers are going baout there business leading nth by 40 points.
-
wow what a game. Its a shame the swans are deciding to show this aggression now and not when it counted in last years gf.
-
im pretty sure at half time ch7 are showing some of what Neale Daniher said to the melbourne boys today, so keep tuning in.

MATCH PREVIEW AND TEAM SELECTION - Round 8

just putting it out there. I hope Jack does come out and play well, but if he has another poor game no doubt the comments will come for him again by people. Also has Jamar really been playing that bad in the vfl? No excuse for spencer this week, no minson, Jake should out muscle and outclass Cordy. The crowd this week will be interesting. Bulldogs only got 18,000 against freo last week and they are playing really well, our last home game we only got 26,000. -

B: Colin Garland, Tom McDonald, Jack Grimes HB: Jeremy Howe, Lynden Dunn, Heritier Lumumba C: Daniel Cross, Nathan Jones, Matt Jones HF: Angus Brayshaw, Cameron Pedersen, Jack Watts F: Jeff Garlett, Jesse Hogan, Aaron vandenBerg FOLL: Jake Spencer, Dom Tyson, Bernie Vince I/C (from): Jimmy Toumpas, Max Gawn, Billy Stretch, Ben Newton, Aidan Riley, Rohan Bail, Jack Fitzpatrick IN: Jack Fitzpatrick, Jack Watts, Max Gawn, Aidan Riley, Ben Newton, Jesse Hogan OUT: Chris Dawes (calf), Viv Michie (omitted), Christian Salem (hamstring) I just want to see Maxy play. Are we meant to believe that Watts has suddenly found form and confidence? Sorry but I wonder if we were playing brisbane last week weather watts would have dropped himself. I just don't think he wanted to play against hawthorn because he knew he'd be beaten or physically pushed around. -
I wouldn't bring Watts back. He needs another week, Cant tell me he feels right after 1 week. Does anyone else think watts may have dropped himself because we were playing hawthorn? We know Jack hasnt been in great form and he admits that, but maybe after seeing what hawthorn did to nth in the physicality department he didnt want to face them. Plus he is probably sick of the scrutiny which I don't blame him for. Anyway if Dawes isnt fit then Hogan is the obvious replacement and Id bring in Maxy or Jamar for Spencer. Bit worried about Nev missing another week with concussion.
-
Garry has already nominated BT who nominated Mark Robinson who then nominated Luke Darcy. Queens birthday will be great seeing these football people going down thew slide into the ice pool. Its a great cause and im presuming Neale depending on his health will be there to.
-
I think Spencer may get the axe this week. Roosy wasn't very happy with him at 1/4 time and said on radio yesterday that Spencer didnt really follow on what he was meant to do.
-
christ brisbane are up by 20 points against port. Wish the pies won then more heat would have been put on Richmond.
-
he was also on 3aw. I only heard him speak about watts where he said he does want to play with his mates but he feels he has been letting them down and wanted to find some form. Was asked about Dawes's comments about hawthorn during the week. Roosy said I have no idea why players do that and it didnt really help. Said Hogan was a bit sore yesterday and they just didnt want to risk him. Not sure if he said anything different on triple m
