  1. This could be a massive coup for MFC If his medical screenings are clear and he hasn't got OP Then this will do wonders for the MFC in terms of interest That we can lure a Grand final player to our club which finished last I know it's unlikely but it would be incredible.
  2. Following is a link regarding Neil Mitchell's segment on 3aw this morning regarding the controversy of Bendon Fevola on Brownlow night I'm reporting it as news and so far the allegations are not substantiated The segment is entitled Fevola: The real story http://www.3aw.com.au/
  3. I don't know much about Henderson but It seems carlsmeg has been able to get back into first round of the draft Here is some info on Henderson I've never seen him play so don't know how he goes he was taken at pick No.8 in the 2007 NAB AFL Draft. He played seven games this year to take his career tally to 15. Has been used by the Lions as a key defender. Brisbane has a massive forward line surely Bradshaw will be played as a key defender. I can't see Brown Bradshaw and Fev josteling for the same forward line
  4. Any chance of the full story of bronlow night getting out and his past indiscretions made public. Be good to see Carltank be made responsible for the monster they created. It would be a massive welcome for Brock walking into the eye of a storm.
  5. This is sounding like a done deal according to the age and sun. Pretty hard to believe considering FEV's manager said there had been no interest It wont be signed off till tomorrow and I suppose they still have to convince Rischitelli and Bradshaw on the move.
  6. Love the new front page it looks much better. The new Blue is awesome well done guys.
  7. 2 KPP are a must with picks 11 and 18 panos/carlisle and black maybe Mumford would be great for our ruck he's 22/23 and will fit into our potential window I don't think Jolly fits due to his age. but it would be a coin toss who to get rid of out of PJ and Jamar We need Garland back into the back or else another KPB 2 elite mids with 1 and 2 will be great The list development has been really good so far they seemed to have got a good mix of players and once they plug the forward line with 2 KPP to see Jurrah Watts, Black, Panos, Wonna, Jetta is mouth watering As Cam Schwab said on twitter you need probaly 12-14 mids: inside, outside and line breaker mids He also made the observation GFC has about 14.
  8. St Kilda is dreaming if they think they can get much for him they basically destroyed his value by dropping him and I reckon on Ball's behalf he wont be too interested in what St Kilda gets they have shredded any loyalty he would of had for them. I don't see Collingwood getting him I still think collingwood is gonna make a big play for Fev. I rate Luke Ball highly and he would complement our outside mids greatly but I think he'll seek a top 4-6 team in search of a premiership. It would be a terrific coup for MFC to get him in the PSD. He'll probably ask for a fair bit of cash too but I wouldn't pay more than 400,000 for him.
  9. Looks like schwabby is looking to return to a more traditional jumper confirmed on his twitter thread "Blood red and a navy slightly less severe than black is the objective. We are working on it." "like this http://twitpic.com/kfcyy" Here's the link to his thread as well: http://twitter.com/CamSchwab
  10. pick 11 will be extremely valuable we get in with 3 first round draft picks before the top 6 teams of this year get a look in I really think now the deal is completed you can lock Scully and Trengove in. We should be lucky enough to get a really high quality KPP for 11 and a good KPP for 18 This still didn't stop me from spewing when I saw Mclean in carltank jumper in the sun. That's gonna take some getting used too.
  11. Woey went to Collingwood for pick 14 and we drafted Ding Dong I mean Bell In perhaps the best draft to date we let Farmer go to Fremantle for pick 17 Which we ontraded to Geelong with pick 47 for the Bizz. 2001 widely considered the best draft and we only have one player still go around for us Brad Miller
  12. Pick 11 for Mclean Confirmed by Tim Harrington on SEN
  13. Regarding Mclean CFC and Melbourne still in talks reckon this might get over the line as one of the last trades announced today or tommorrow morning Steven Icke and Melbourne Contingent still to leave according SEN.
  14. Andrew Raines from Richmond confirmed traded to Brisbane for 3rd round pick No. 45 Scource: http://www.afl.com.au/news/newsarticle/tab...36/default.aspx
  15. There are 2 new draft camp review videos up on the AFL website Shifter and McCartney give their opinions on what occurred over the week as well as non attendee Trengove and Scully Here's a link to the first video you should be able to find the second from there http://www.afl.com.au/Video/tabid/76/video...px#VideoPlayerB
  16. Andrew Maher CEO of the [censored] brigade of useless journalists Sheahan secretary Mark Robinson treasurer Craig Hutchison janitor
  17. With all the trades that Hawthown is rumoured to be involved in it is rediculous to expect their going to be able to get them all across the line. Their salary cap would be tighter than an ants clacker. I reckon they'll be extremely lucky if they get both Gibson and Burgoyne over the line.
  18. Does anyone else think their gonna be rick rolled
  19. Or we could throw Trengove in as well. Jamar, Rivers and Trengove 4 Make believe
  20. Who's paying out Westhoff's contract he's tied to port till 2011.
  21. Couldn't find somewhere for Juice, Barty or Miller to go first?
  22. If I was to rate the top 50 afl journalist's going around Sheahan wouldn't get a mention If I was to rate the top 50 afl journalist's currently suffering from senility Sheahan would rate no 1. his non sensical ramblings are famous for causing dementia amongst his readers
  23. Jolly's Trade got us pick 15 in 2004 for Dunn. Probably a loss on Jolly's form over last 2 years versus what Dunn has Dunn (pun intended) over last 2 years White had his best season in 2004 though which at the time would of vindicated Daniher's decision. It was a tough decision and one which in the end after 5 years is a loss due to White's inconsistency and Dunn's lack of progress. I don't want Jolly back though probably just because he left in the first place and won a premiership.
  24. Best year so far from beamer should go top 5 in B&F. Probably top 3 in most improved this year as well. Showing signs of great leadership especially on field. Expect further development to an elite level next year
  25. Staggering article out today from the OZ as to what Fremongrel was willing to offer flash Here's an excert from the article Davey declines $2.5m offer AARON Davey did more than commit his future to Melbourne on Tuesday, he turned his back on a staggering offer from Fremantle worth $2.5 million over four years. The offer, predicated not on a trade with the Demons but him walking through to the Dockers via the pre-season draft, was worth $625,000 a season. It is understood that the package involved a third-party arrangement with a major mining and resources company which would have paid a portion of Davey's salary to be involved with one of its indigenous health programs. The amount, believed to be a six-figure sum, was to sit outside of Fremantle's player payments and therefore be exempt from salary cap constraints. here's the link to full article http://www.theaustralian.news.com.au/story...5013406,00.html All I can say is thanks Flash for commiting the rest of your career to the Red and Blue you are a loyal servant. Another case of Clubs rorting the salary cap looks like visy and carltank model is becomming popular
