  1. pretty safe to chalk up the Sylvia/Vince one as a win but the jury is obviously out on the other two. Clark lines up on Sunday wearing Cats colours and Frawley tomorrow night for the Hawks. Meanwhile Petracca has done his knee.
  2. That would constitute an interruption to his conditioning and therefore result in the allocation of one golden ticket in other words, according to some around here, if you miss any of the PS you WILL go on to have a carp season. Do we really want to punish ourselves?
  3. agreed. Roos publicly stated his desire to keep Sylvia, Clarke and Frawley. Many attribute this now to the 'genius' using the media to manipulate and 'play games'. Kidding themselves
  4. Of course. He was knee-deep in a bunch of tomes discussing football theory and scientific discovery and in his insatiable thirst for knowledge it slipped his mind that the state had a query for him about criminal charges he is facing. Unconfirmed sources say his court date clashed with a lecture at the University of Melbourne
  5. "extremely disappointed" were Mahoney's words, the moment i read that i literally hung my head. That's code for 'this is really bad and the club's not backing him'
  6. yeah who wants to see Hogan, Lumumba, Frost, Garlett, Brayshaw etc running around in red and blue, how boring
  7. no he won't. his conditioning has been interrupted. game over
  8. in 6 years he's finished 9th and 10th and the other 4 outside the top10 I like Watts, but those are the facts and they aren't pretty
  9. Nasher is the one who said vince is about to have a poor season, not me
  10. If you think the club doesn't monitor this website you are kidding yourself
  11. Well let's just put Vince, Howe and Watts on the LTI list underneath Petracca and Trengove right now then. 5 men down already. You've already conceded none of them will contribute in 2015 so why should they be taking 3 spots in the side.
  12. yeh that's the unknown part - i am looking in isolation because the idea that the player is now damaged forever is not one I am prepared to entertain
  13. because sometimes it's actually true and it's impossible for us to know the difference
  14. exactly there are only so many hours they can fill with material shamelessly pandering to the big supporter bases, they need to pick on the old whipping boy for a bit sometimes
  15. which one of the two of us is crying buckets of tears mate
  16. Well there's about 3 people in this thread that haven't dropped their bundles like little infants and I am one of them, so you work it out
  17. So you're upset, and you come to this board hoping to find other upset people crying about it instead you find a few level-headed folks pointing out that the facts of the matter are really not all that bad, in attempt to make you less upset and that just upsets you more so you like being upset basically
  18. Yet you and many others have already chalked their names up on the 'MFC bad luck omg we're cursed' board At this stage they are just three kids that had early injuries and nothing more If neither of them nor Petracca ever play a game I will concede you the point
  19. what's the difference? the way you are defining something as 'lucky' there is no such thing you are saying there is only bad luck or nothing
  20. Because they are both cherry ripe and available for selection round 1. Obviously.
