geez there's only about 10 names at most that I feel comfortable going into battle with in this week's 22 so it shouldn't be an issue -

I agree, don't understand why Blease doesn't get a gig. FCS 2012 r20 vs the Saints he had 20 touches and 5 goals, which is a better day out than about 90% of our list has ever had -
the first time in history we actually pull off a great trade, and for the first time in a decade have a genuine elite key forward.. and what happens? Oh yeah you barrack for Melbourne

time to apply my NQR assessment: Bail, Fitzpatrick, Byrnes, Pederson, Spencer, the whole bench are questionmarks.. terlich, dunn, trengove not far off can't say I'm thrilled why do we go in to round 1 missing about 7 players every year will not be at all shocked at a loss unfortuantely -
both are preferable to an absolute schellacking, don't rule it out
-
we have a severely weakened side and we just lost by 110 points. eitihad is a hole and that price is a ripoff. positive or not, they are facts
-
agreed season after season we are fielding teams with way too many NQRs out there
-
costs you $25 to scratch your balls these days
-
not if we get annihilated, which we may well
-
Can't decide on this he has kicked 4 goals on two occasions and the win is the priority at all times Howe is not going to kick 10

massive shoes to fill

Come on mate what in the name of God do those blokes have to do with Clark, get real. If we have another superstar just vanish from our list for some stupid reason I will effing crack it and I can already see myself cracking it on Saturday night watching the ball sail into our 50 aimed at nobody, rebounded straight back down the other end as we take a solid thrashing. Bloody furious right now.

Caroline Wilson - not a fan of the succession plan
Curry & Beer replied to whatwhat say what's topic in Melbourne Demons
why does anyone even watch/read these idiots honestly the thought would never occur to me -
Surely if he is just walking away from the club for 'personal reason' that constitutes a breach of contract? Normally when someone gets paid they are actually expected to play the game occasionally
-
how in the name of God are we going to kick a winning score? Big test early for Roosy to come up with a contingency plan
-
if he is a 26-year-old millionaire professional sportsman and the reason is 'homesickness' I might have to take exception
-
minimum 8 weeks on the LTI.. holy friggin fook, so that will be 15 played out of a possible 50 by then, fantastic }(

one bag of 4, three bags of 3

That's still 6 very big outs for the first match of the year which is extremely disappointing. I feel like we have had 6 unavailable for every home and away game for about the last 5 years running. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

this is place is turning into demonology if you come on here and pointlessly grind some personal axe with somebody post after post to the sheer annoyance of everyone else that uses the site, you should be banned - simple as that shut up and talk footy, nobody cares about your little quarrels FFS }(

mate there is no point having a forum if you block the opinion of certain people arbitrarily - besides, the players are under instructions not to read sites like this, for very good reasons Here's an idea: why don't you, or someone else for that matter, sift through the merged thread and select some of the most positive/supportive posts, compile them into a word document and email it to the club. Then they can pass it on to him if they reckon it is appropriate.
-
yeah fair call, I guess they had to say something

not sure why some seem to think this is the end of Mitch Clark - my feeling is that he has having some personal issues (relationship?) right now, and the club (Roos) has wisely considered that since he is not close to playing right now there is no need for him to be hanging around the club when his personal issues need attention over in Western Australia. It would be a totally different story if he was cherry ripe fit, but my feeling is that since the club 'loses' nothing by letting him go sort out his situation they are doing him a solid. It's a temporary thing for mine. My question is WTF they felt the need to make an announcement out of it, we didn't even need to know.

no, he didn't say 'hourly updates'. You said that. He said 'something near reality'. Why do people here exaggerate somebody's comment and then respond to their own exaggeration? 'Hey man you want a camera on mitch clark 24/7!?' No, no I don't. That's not what I said. Grr. they obviously have a policy of completely BSing us and it's infuriating
