too true DJ -Sometimes we take things for granted-the one whom I cannot get over re negative posts is Watts- 19 yrs old -196 cms tall -wow,what a future he has.He will take, say 3/4 years to reach something like his true ability.He could also win it-if he had a sensational last half- hope he kicks five goals today, becomes nominated and wins the award.

It is my believe that Jared could play CHF at a pinch or shifted there during a match to lift us--however I think he is to slow to hold a key positional forward role on a regular basis.

It takes alot longer for a tall to play consistant footy. However, some show glimpases of it early on. We are dead set lucky that Jamar has really kicked on - now we need another to do the same.

It is my believe he is a veteran now.

He is worth 200k a year IMO.

Last year I raised a topic basically criticing the MFC with the way they were communicating.I also was criticised by posters by taking up my criticsm with the club itself. Since then, with discussions with Cam & others, it has been great lately with fantastic innovations by introducing facebook, twitter etc( competition current to find best 10 twitters and have a meal with our CEO.),and hiring Matt Burgan.Athough Matt is not shown as a staff member yet on the website he has been rivetting. Since Matt has been on deck ,it has been fantastic to gain readings on injuries, Q&A with players and history chapters- current one on Hassa Mann.And finally Wednesday Whiteboard - I think has been an excellent introduction- great listening every week.Also,several after match features. Thanks for listening my club and furthermore great to see you take on certain factors and help to keep us informed. Well done and Congrats---- Go Dees. And by the way- I very much look forward to Matt's info around and after the Draft.

Jack was in the best again in the last match yesterday where his team won the Under 16 Championship.

I really like this one or a reverse colour blue - we have NO WHITE in our normal jumper.This looks great.

Trengove is slightly my favourite ahead of Hannebery with Bastinac , my smokey at this stage.

Taking into consideration the amount of injuries we have had this year to players we needed to put time into such as Jurrah, Tapscott, Blease etc..our development has still continued by playing 36 players at this time(hope I have counted correctly-if not someone will surely correct me) with still- Tapscott, McNamara, Maric, Jurrah - I think will mostly play games this year thus leaving only, Gawn, Fitzpatrick, Blease and Belly to not play a game this year.If one assumes that Bell may still play a game before leaving the club (I think- most probable) and Blease ,still a good chance -this would make it 42 players whom may play this year.This is quite an incredable amount of players given opportunities to be developed. Therefore, consistancy cannot be expected till we gain say, 26/28 players whom play together reguarly.This will happen over the next couple of years. This above is part of our growing pain.

It is IMO that last Sunday against St Kilda wearing our white jumper was ridiculous.I cannot understand why we needed to wear it- our main jumper surely does not clash with St Kilda's.

Major problem that has been there since Neita reired, is the lack of quality leadership in our senior group. I have got into heaps of arguments regarding this matter- but I repeat that I feel we are in very short demand .McDonald has turned out to be a good leader- on the field and off it. Green may make it- however, our leadership overall- I repeat IMO- is currently quite week.However, I have no doubt that with Jim Plunkett -ex Carlton taking the team on leadership issues over the last two years will indeed make the next bunch - more than adequate. Grimes, Trengove etc.. seem very matured young men for their age and definately show excellent personal skills both on & off the field already. This to be is what we lack right now- and again with development will be there shortly.To me- it was virtually not there against Adelaide.
