  1. Why are they all unmanned so often in their forward 50? Ok we are down in the ruck but why so poor in defensive effort today??
  2. This was a big test for us , but we are getting games into our youngsters and hopefully better next year with Trac back and a proper pre season for Clarry. We still have a chance this year with Max back next week. Hurts seeing Jackson dominate against us, as he is what we are missing most.
  3. Men against boys
  4. Billing’s the sub
  5. Geelongs ground doesn’t look very well maintained at all.
  6. I normally can not stand Ginivan except for when he shoves it up the Pies
  7. So good to put a cork in that moronic Collingwood chant
  8. That’s good to know
  9. It’s all about the energy we bring and I reckon the kids have got a taste for it. We have plenty of run now with AMW, Mc Vee, Windsor, The Kolt, Langdon back to his best, Kozzie Nibbler and the brilliance of Melksham not to mention the coming of age of Roo , what a month he has had!
  10. Essendon supporters will be feeling real filthy right now
  11. Yeah Boi!
  12. Macadam definitely
  13. Can’t see him goin. Seems very in love with his team mates right now. I don’t think he will leave his brothers.
  14. Roo will go with Darcy, the two big bodies , and Petty should be able to body Jackson and defend him when he goes forward or drop off him and leave TMac to him.
  15. When it’s this tight , it’s so good when the teams around us lose.
  16. Billing’s, Bowey or Sparrow as sub
  17. Will eventually be a midfield star as well.
  18. The forward is starting to look really settled and it’s the best it’s looked in a while, with the form of Turner , Roo and the return of Melksham, who is a definite leader up there and also frees up Fritter. (Kozzie in career best form too) Do you think it’s the best set up we’ve had in a long time and do you give kudos to the coaches for sticking with youth not only in the forward line but with the confidence and continuing development of Windsor and Roo, McVee AMW and the Kolt?. Rivers has been a revelation the middle and will give us an extra string to our bow and our mid rotations in years to come.
  19. 6. Langdon 5. Rivers 4. Mcvee 3. Van Rooyen 2. Windsor 1. Kozzie
  20. I think he knows what he is doing. He has faith in the players and he can spot the young kids that have that competitive nature in them. Under much adversity has been very creative so much kudos to him.
  21. McVees footy iq is through the roof and that’s on top of his cat like reflexes
  22. Exactly, it made us find something else and it’s bloody worked! Rivers in the middle plus our forward line us the best it’s looked in a very long time.
  23. Turner is a helluva competitor too hey?
  24. If Max doesn’t play , they will go with the same set up. Van Rooyen as the main ruck with Petty and Turner relieving him. Blind Freddie can see that the Roo has come of age in the last few games. you can rely on him now to give you a contest every time. After just watching the replay to me me he was amidst the most important player as he quelled the influence of their supposed ruck advantage.
  25. How nice to have some Joy though? We have had a lot of adversity lately. Gives me so much hope that these blokes actually have something about them. They seem to love each other, and that film about Kozzie going home and images of Koz with his baby girl at all the team huddles and stuff. Love all that!
