GAMEDAY: Rd 19 vs Fremantle
This was a big test for us , but we are getting games into our youngsters and hopefully better next year with Trac back and a proper pre season for Clarry. We still have a chance this year with Max back next week. Hurts seeing Jackson dominate against us, as he is what we are missing most.

When it’s this tight , it’s so good when the teams around us lose.

PODCAST: Rd 18 vs Essendon
The forward is starting to look really settled and it’s the best it’s looked in a while, with the form of Turner , Roo and the return of Melksham, who is a definite leader up there and also frees up Fritter. (Kozzie in career best form too) Do you think it’s the best set up we’ve had in a long time and do you give kudos to the coaches for sticking with youth not only in the forward line but with the confidence and continuing development of Windsor and Roo, McVee AMW and the Kolt?. Rivers has been a revelation the middle and will give us an extra string to our bow and our mid rotations in years to come.

Goody is a genius!!!
I think he knows what he is doing. He has faith in the players and he can spot the young kids that have that competitive nature in them. Under much adversity has been very creative so much kudos to him.

If Max doesn’t play , they will go with the same set up. Van Rooyen as the main ruck with Petty and Turner relieving him. Blind Freddie can see that the Roo has come of age in the last few games. you can rely on him now to give you a contest every time. After just watching the replay to me me he was amidst the most important player as he quelled the influence of their supposed ruck advantage.

How nice to have some Joy though? We have had a lot of adversity lately. Gives me so much hope that these blokes actually have something about them. They seem to love each other, and that film about Kozzie going home and images of Koz with his baby girl at all the team huddles and stuff. Love all that!
