Football history is littered with star players touring opposition facilities or meeting with other clubs to sound out a possible move but then deciding to stay at their original club, and clubs often shop around players. It’s a business , but somehow everything we do is blown out of proportion by the hungry for blood media with all sorts of rumours leaving us with a lot of innuendo but no real truth.

Petracca scared off Houston , and Clarrys problems are of his own making

Everyone seems to be blaming Pert, and I’m not really a fan , but isn’t the cause of all this Clarry himself? He was warned and asked to change his ways a year ago , but apparently has transgressed again. Best on baller I’ve ever seen at Melbourne , and the whole thing is devastating, but what are we supposed to do??

These never ending dramas with our club are really bringing me down. Love for the game is truly being tested big time. I fear our membership numbers will take severe nose dive next season .

I had a good chat with one of our assistant coaches a couple of months ago and he told me that Clayton had made his mind up to leave last year and wanted out for various reasons but mainly his injury management and also wasn’t in a good headspace which then turned into what happened this pre season. The club had to work really really hard to convince him to stay. Now this . The Cats have been trying to get him for two years now.

Exactly, if he was simply going to play out the year hoping for a better offer the following season he probably wouldn’t be bothered doing things like going to see the girls play. Hopefully he is fully invested. We need to unite and be stronger as a club.

At this stage I’d like to eccentuate the positives and say how good will Windsor be after another pre season. completely off topic but bouyed with the news and feeling best I’ve felt in a while after the brilliantly good news about Trac. God knows we needed some good news as we’ve suffered heaps lately and I know you’re all feeling it. It hasn’t been fun, and to feel some joy for once is much needed.

I’m sorry , but Tom Morris needs to be relieved from his duties for a second time.

The media can spin it however they like. as long as we hold a united front and Kozzy , trac and clary are there next year. we will make finals , and another pre season for Roo, Disco and Petts will show the naysayers we are back baby!
