Steven May Suspended by the Club
I saw them all earlier in the day at the boxing, May, Melk, Jacko , Kozzie and a few others. None of the leaders. They probably went out for dinner afterwards and had been fired up with all that testosterone flying about

Steven May Suspended by the Club
If it’s true what May said to Melksham, then he has definitely gone down a peg in my estimation of him as a bloke. Sad really.

Steven May Suspended by the Club
I don’t mean the derogatory remarks ad snow references. I was talking more about the teams fortunes, to dampen all that crap down. Didn’t hear much of it when we blitzed the finals

Steven May Suspended by the Club
The media , talk back callers and keyboard warriors are loving sinking the boots in about all the stuff happening with us right now. Losing 2 in a row Mays indiscretion crowd numbers Snow season etc etc I had to turn the radio off and not get sucked in to reply to derogatory posts. We are on top of the ladder last time I looked. Hopefully all this will galvanize the club and I have no doubt we will come out steaming on Monday, and launch the second half of the year, and in September when it really counts. All this bulltish will blow over.

CHANGES: Rd 13 vs Collingwood
Put Brayshaw back on the other wing too. Put the Premiership back line together. Jordons been in good form so put him in the mid rotation more .

CHANGES: Rd 13 vs Collingwood
Out - Thommo, Hunt, Ben Brown, Sparrow In May, Hibberd/Rivers, Daw/Weed Bedford Daw or Weed in to cover the ruck with Jacko Hibberd or Rivers are better backs than Hunt. Gawn played as a permanent centre half forward . Marks, kicks goals and and works up to mark the kick ins.

Our disposal into our forward line isn’t is definitely not that of a premiership side.

Low Attendance
We’ve always been a quiet crowd and even our Cheer squad doesn’t seem to have the same voice as a lot of other teams. 60,000 members plus MCC and only 15-30k turning up, what’s the problem? Are they content now that we’ve won one?

POSTGAME: Rd 12 vs Sydney
Last year we were trying to prove ourselves and hunting teams with intense pressure. This year they are want to measure themselves against us , bringing the intensity and tackling pressure, against us. We have to change our mindset and go after these teams,( especially the ones in the 8), with manic tackling pressure like we did last year. The rest will take care of itself , and when the general May returns, we will be right, but we have to bring the intense pressure, because just cruising through games without the mongrel hunting mindset will get us caught out against the better teams

POSTGAME: Rd 12 vs Sydney
If Weed was in form and making the most of his chances he would be in the team, but he is not , So he can’t complain. Then again With TMac out and Ben Brown being in such putrid form do we have any other option? Going by Goodies presser he is more a fan of Mitch Brown, so we might see a Weed , Mitch Brown combo next week. Bedford on the other hand has made an impact every time he gets his chance, so it’s probably time to give home a longer block of senior games.

POSTGAME: Rd 12 vs Sydney
Couldn’t take a mark in our forward line to save ourselves. If Gawn wasn’t there would’ve lost by a lot more. their match winning goals were both very iffy fee kicks

POSTGAME: Rd 11 vs Fremantle
Dearly missed our two most important players after Clarry today, in May and Langdon . Which made it very hard against another top 4 side. With Trac looking very flat like he was carrying something or had a bit of flu I don’t know, and Brown copping a bath two weeks in a row now , we were primed for a loss. Out marked all over the park we really need guys like Salem, TMac , Harmes , Langdon and May. Melksham , Dunstan and Weed ain’t the answer.
