Hoping to see the old jack back next year after missing most of last preseason, another one under his belt with Roos, he should show what he is capable of.

Please god.....i hope he doesnt come back to us. He said some nasty things about the Dees when he left, and ive not liked the bloke ever since. Too old anyway. Rather Maxy, pencil and Fitzy anyday.

Dawes really impresses me everytime he speaks, something Jones does not do, although he does lead by example on the field. -
Remember, Roos picked Ross Lyon and Longmire as assistants,thats a pretty good record, i think he knows his stuff. Happy to leave it up to him, but Simpson seems like a stand out to me if Ling doesnt want it.

I would absoloutely love to have the eighties style electric blue jumper as our clash jumper....its part of our heritage and means something. Its also light enough not to clash with Essendon or stkilda. Robbie Flower played many games in this jumper.

I wouldnt discount someone like Brad Sewell either, we need a leader type as well.

Ling, Kirk, Simpson,Black, i would be happy with......outsiders, Oloughlin, Kenneally or even Jade Rawlings who Garlands speaks very highly of.

The best thing about all this is that Play manager Lynch is oneof Roos best mates, so the inside word on players that want to come back home will be a huge advantage

I think we will get a star mid in the trade, now that Roos is on board they will want to play under him, especially if we have a priority pick to trade. Sloane, Martin, Swallow, Thomas, young Selwood, Adams, Yarran,maybe an Essendon player like a Zaharakis. One or two of these would be sensational.

If he has provided nothing, then why is he named in the best players nearly every second week? Thats not my opinion its the people in the club who obviously rate him and the footy scribes for all the major papers. I suppose they are wrong too? I really look forward to the partnership , he will make with Jesse Hogan, they will compliment each other, beautifully in our forward line. Go Jacky boy!
