????? by who..... you don't value his skills, and his setups. We play better when he's On.
-
NO...... thats the starting point. thats a 5/10 for tracc. He's capable of competing to that level every week as he should.

GO __ DEES !!! heres to you 'OD' ...

Now, we've got this 3.30 to go
-
Oliver so untidy using the ball lately
-
well done Jonesy
-
Go Weide
-
He has enjoyed playing from the full forwardline... looking at the ball.
-
push Petracca off Half-forward... and into the centre.
-
Next rotation off this Qtr for Oliver, I want the Mfc coaches to rest Oli forward......... and send TMc into the middle for a rotation. Tmc to throw some weight around... legally !!!
-
Its about time Max took some marks around the ground... a small ground like this he should be able to get to most aerial contests. He does Not mark enough around the ground.
-
They will be in 2 or 3 Yrs if we do not get some decent talent from the draft. They are better than us now on paper, but we are more mature is all.
-
No left foot petracca !!! why the F()@# did we get this bloke will not kick on the left in traffic. we were lucky that fell in jones's hands... and he was lucky to goal. Half forwards Must trust their ability to snap goals.

Spargo is fairly good with the ball in congestion, a quick mind, he can find targets inside F50, with his vision. I think a Demon side with Stretch, Spargo and Lockhart in it, is getting closer to better balance.

With the short break between games... I would rest him, because that ankle roll is not his only foot issue, I am sure. He has been putrid all season. Time to rest him, to get his body right, before he plays again... miss this game, and he has had about 2 weeks to ease and sort his feet. Why keep on injecting him when half out team is out. We will end up with a merry-go-round in the injury room. One in one out... all season.

Unless a tall defender comes out 'OD'.

Dees honesty session.

Simply he is not a hard enough worker... and so misses 2/3rds of most games. Chandler brings nippy play and evasiveness, plus his speed and run with the ball. He stops us being as Vanilla, when with the ball. I think our coaches are some of the best in League. We don't need to knee jerk, because we are struggling so far in 2019.

. I think the truth lay in between the off season surgeries, the 666 rule, and all the talk of making grand finals. In short our mental fitness, our physical health/fitness, and the upset to the rules which we built the team around, gamestyle included. I believe its a mix of all these things. And some have been saying since the start of last year, that we have the best Midfield going... and I've tried to counter that, last season. We do not.... But no-one was having any of it. We don't have the polish inside, with our beasts. And I've been wanting us to add the likes of, dShiel for some seasons... and Ben Ainsworth, Jack Higgins from they're draft years. We lack the agility, and the step thru traffic, and the foot nimbleness and speed that these small players bring. Gawn finally started to be the leader he could be, last season, until that Prelim final in Perth. Now he's battling away against two opponents week in... And he's still not taking enough marks about the ground. That is the biggest weapon for a ruckman, his marks. Our midfield is not even 2nd best... more like equal 5th-ish... and we will be overtaken by more, soon.

They bought in, they committed last year. and we got results. This year there is a rule change, and the players themselves are saying they aren't doing what it was they did, in 2018. We saw a snippet of what they can do, last week. But how good can we be this year, now, after an off season of talking ourselves up ???
