interesting from a strategic move; we have less to lose due to lower revenue than the bigger clubs who will feel enormous pressure to get out of this area. We lose $11m but the Filth stand to lose double that.

OK, my only comment: When he played well in the first game Mcavaney said " you Demon supporters out there must be hating this" But when he has a quiet game there is no mention of "you Demon supporters must be relieved that the club moved him on" Typical carp commentary. BTW, a fan of Jack when he was at the club but very glad he has moved on ...perhaps so should we.

Hopefully this week's team will make that impossible

Hey LDC, definitely get onto them, I have had a bit of a mess around this year for various reasons but in a nutshell if it has not been sent and they have to re-send to you, they are trying to get them out before round 1. When they re-sent mine it took a good 3 weeks! They mean well but it has been a bit of a schamozzel TBH

I love it but am disappointed for some of our regular posters who won't have the opportunity to whinge and complain about the AFL and all that S$#T. Reading the first couple of pages of this thread and the level of self indulgent and self serving complaining was breathtaking. Move on and enjoy supporting your team!! As a follower of over 50 years this choice is a fantastic one...now if only we could resurrect Robbie (the greatest player to wear the red and royal blue) Go Dees!!

I just don't understand supporters who revel in predicting the clubs demise. Definitition of "Supporter " is "a person who approves of and encourages a public figure, political party, policy, etc." Based on that the MFC is the "etc" and Picket, you seem to be doing niether of those things. As the saying goes, "with friends like you....." I know people will say this is a "Fan Forum" but once again, I am not sure where you sit within the "Fan" part of the forum, more a detractor than a Fan. Good luck to you and Go Dees!!!
