Marcus Seecamp (where is he now)
Marcus was an acquaintance of mine growing up in the small community of Roleystone in the Perth Hills in the 80s. He was a couple of years older than me. He was a gun junior footballer, obviously. Watched his career with interest starting at East Perth in the WAFL, then Fitzroy and then the Dees. I remember bumping into him at Perth airport when he was an AFL footballer, after not having seen each other for probably about 8 or 9 years and he instantly recognised me and remembered my name. Top bloke. One of only 3 players from Roleystone Junior Football Club to make it to the AFL (the others were Daniel Gilmore and Josh Head, both Dockers players). Haven't seen Marcus since that day at the airport all those years ago.

How Many Wins in 2019?
Improvement this year will come from Weid, Fritsch, Hannan, Spargo, and vanders I reckon. Bonus will be a fit Viney and Lever, and the additions of KK and May. Lewis and Jones to decline, hopefully Nev and Hibbo can have another good season at their peak.

WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - MARTY HORE
Reminds me a little bit of Jeremy Howe, those hands.

WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - BRAYDON PREUSS
I see him starting the quarter on the bench and giving Gawn a spell a couple of minutes earlier than he was getting spelled this year, and Gawn then has a couple of minutes bench time before bobbing up in the goal square and then back to the middle. Gonna be fascinating if/when we go with the two big men in the same team.

WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - STEVEN MAY

Farewell Jesse Hogan
So we have traded out, retired and delisted 11 players, traded in 3 players but only have 6 picks. I'm confused. Do we have 2 fewer players on our list this season?

Rumour File
Fair to say myself and many others also are becoming quite cynical about this years trade period. Seems like all these media leaks are just a bunch of pantomime in anticipation of the trade telecast tomorrow. Reminds me of the lead up to WrestleMania back in the day. Farcical.

WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - STEVEN MAY
May is quicker than Jayden Hunt over 30 m. Don't believe me? Watch the 2017 grand final sprint.

WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - BRAYDON PREUSS
I know this sounds ludicrous as he's the best ruckman on the planet, but I wonder if Max could become our Mason Cox and transition to more of a fwd ruck. God knows he can clunk a mark. Just needs to sort the kicking out. Imagine Gawn going into the guts as second ruck.

WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - STEVEN MAY
Wasn't May in the grand final sprint last year? From memory he finished ahead of our own Jayden Hunt. Edit: he was pipped by Hunt on the line but was substantially quicker over the first 20-30 m. See for yourself here. Definitelye no slow coach.

Electrifying Aboriginal forwards
I would back the MFC to be the exception to this rule should we ever draft a rioli. That damned Norm Smith curse.

Farewell Dean Kent
Geez if Kent and hogan are going that's pretty much a quarter of the list gone. Don't know what to make of it tbh?

Farewell Dean Kent
This sucks! One of my favorites. I rate him easily best 22 and light years ahead of Spargo, ANB, Garlett, JKH, etc.

Draftees from outside the AFL system
I didn't see anything from any of the Casey players in the last two games to think any of them are worthy of being picked up by an AFL side.

Jordan Lewis is absolutely cooked, never pick him again
Agree mostly with the op, except you take him out and nobody besides Jetta in the back half has any composure in traffic. I think we better not play both him and Vince again in the same side. We are this year's Port, can't beat anyone in the top 8. Our lack of fight from the opening bounce was so incredibly disappointing. We're nowhere near ready for a serious crack at finals. Embarrassed to be a demon fan today, and to think I took day of annual leave so i could start home and watch that pitiful performance. Won't be doing that ever again.

Demons on Masterchef (16/5/18)
Just watched it on catch up and thought it was great exposure for the club. Especially liked the copious references to our team as being elite athletes at the top of their game. Well done to all involved.

Time to show Oscar some respect!
Thought he was best on for us at least in the first half, kept Roughy very quiet. Would have to be the most improved player this season by the length of the straight.

List Analysis Potential v Reality
Well if Richmond can go from a model of inconsistency to premiers in the space of a year or two, why can't we? I have hope that we will see what can happen when a squad of players are all playing their role. Who's going to be our match winner superstar (Dusty) though?

Delistings/trades at end of the season
I want Watts, Garland, Howe, Lumumba, Bail, Grimes, McKenzie, Terlich and Toumpas gone.

Delistings/trades at end of the season
This is probably going to sound a bit reactionary, but IMHO the following players are just making up the numbers on our list and should probably be traded or de-listed at the end of their current contract (if not before). I can't see any light at the end of the tunnel, what looked like light at Geelong a few weeks ago turned out to be just a glimmer of more hell-fire in the pit of despair that we have found ourselves lost in. 1) Bail 2) Cross 3) Dawes 4) Dunn 5) Garland 6) Grimes 7) Howe 8) Jamar 9) Matt Jones 10) McKenzie 11) Michie 12) Newton 13) Riley 14) Spencer 15) Terlich 16) Toumpas 17) Tyson 18) Watts 19) Fitzpatrick 20) Lumumba

Delistings/trades at end of the season
hypothetical: would you trade Hogan and our first pick for Fyfe?
